## Overview

Just CCTV+Mic ("the App") allows users to use one Android phone as a security camera and view the feed from another Android phone. This policy explains what data we collect and how it is used.

## Data We Collect

### Account Information

- **Email address** — collected via Google Sign-In to identify your devices and link your camera and viewer. We do not collect your name or profile photo.

### Camera and Microphone

- The App accesses your device's camera and microphone to stream video and audio between your devices.

- Video and audio are transmitted directly between your devices using peer-to-peer (WebRTC) technology.

- **We do not record, store, or transmit your video or audio to any server.**

### Recordings

- If you enable recording, video files are saved directly to a folder you choose on the camera device.

- Recordings are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded to any cloud service or server.

### Connection Signaling

- We use Firebase Firestore solely to establish the peer-to-peer connection between your devices (signaling). No video or audio passes through Firebase.

## Data We Do NOT Collect

- We do not collect location data.

- We do not collect usage analytics.

- We do not serve ads or share data with advertisers.

- We do not sell your data to third parties.

## Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

## Data Retention

- Your account data (email) is retained as long as you use the App.

- You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which removes your data from our systems.

- Local recordings are managed entirely by you and can be deleted at any time.

## Security

All video and audio streams are encrypted using DTLS (Datagram Transport Layer Security) as part of the WebRTC standard.

## Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

## Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

2. Email jongooo38@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request"

3. Your account and data will be deleted within 7 days.
