1) Information We Collect

Camera GPS may request access to the following permissions to function properly:

• Camera: to take photos within the App.
  
  

• Photos (Photo Library): to save photos you capture to your library and/or to import existing photos if you use that feature.
  
  

• Location: to add GPS coordinates / address / map information to photos when you enable location stamping.
  
  

Camera GPS does not collect your photo content to send to our servers unless explicitly stated in this policy.

2) How We Use Information

Camera GPS uses the above permissions/data only to provide the App’s core features, including:

• Capturing and previewing photos.
  
  

• Retrieving your current location (if permitted) to place location and timestamp overlays on photos.
  
  

• Saving the generated photos to your device.
  
  

3) Where Your Data Is Stored

• Photos and their overlays (timestamp/GPS/address) are processed locally on your device.
  
  

• Camera GPS does not automatically upload your photos or location data to our servers.
  
  

4) Data Sharing

Camera GPS does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

If you choose to share a stamped photo using iOS sharing features, that sharing is initiated by you and handled by the destination app/service you select.

5) Your Choices and Controls

You can manage permissions at any time:

• Go to iPhone Settings > Camera GPS to enable or disable Location / Photos / Camera access.
  
  

• You may use the App without granting Location access, but location/address stamping will be unavailable.
  
  

6) Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your information. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

7) Children’s Privacy

Camera GPS is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can address it.

8) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect as of the “Last updated” date.
