POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+): Used to deliver optional match kick-off reminders and important score alerts. You can enable or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED & WAKE_LOCK: Used to restore your scheduled match reminder alarms if your device restarts.
