a. Location Data (Precise, Approximate, and Background Location)
Access and Collection: Our application requests access to and collects your approximate and precise location data (via GPS, Wi-Fi, and cellular network signals) only with your explicit permission.
Purpose of Use: Location data is collected strictly for workforce management, field operations, and job dispatching purposes, including:
Verifying attendance, shift check-in, and check-out at designated warehouses, loading docks, and cargo job sites.
Real-time monitoring and verification of loading/unloading personnel presence during active working shifts to ensure work fulfillment and workplace coordination.
Assisting dispatchers in assigning emergency cargo handling tasks to the nearest available on-duty staff.
Background Location Usage: When granted ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION, our application tracks and transmits your location even when the app is closed, minimized, or not actively on screen.
This tracking is strictly restricted to active work shifts: it begins when an employee taps "Check-in / Start Shift" and terminates immediately when they tap "Check-out / End Shift".
An ongoing, persistent status bar notification (Foreground Service) is displayed at all times while background tracking is active so workers are fully aware of data collection.
Storage and Protection: All location records are transmitted over secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) and are retained exclusively for internal workforce reporting and attendance verification. We never sell, rent, or share your location data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
b. Personal and Account Information
We collect personal information such as employee full name, phone number, email address, national identity card details (if required for cargo facility access), and employee ID. This information is used strictly for authentication, account management, identity verification at job sites, and shift coordination.
c. Camera, Photos, and Device Information
Camera / Storage: If granted, access is used solely to capture proof-of-work photos (e.g., loaded/unloaded cargo, sealed containers), scan dispatch QR codes or shipping manifests, and upload work order receipts.
Device Metrics: We collect basic device identifiers, operating system versions, and diagnostic crash logs to maintain app stability, prevent unauthorized multi-device account sharing, and troubleshoot performance issues.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal or operational data. Information is shared only under the following limited circumstances:
Enterprise Administrators & Dispatchers: Authorized operational managers within the Thiên Bảo workforce management portal have access to shift locations and status reports to oversee ongoing operations.
Infrastructure Service Providers: Trusted cloud hosting and database infrastructure vendors operating under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
Legal Compliance: When required by applicable labor, safety, or legal regulations, or pursuant to lawful requests by competent judicial or government authorities.
We retain your personal, shift, and location data only for the duration of your active employment and as required for labor tracking, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Account & Data Deletion: Users have the right to request deletion of their account and associated operational records. To initiate a deletion request, please submit an email to: dev@itomo.vn. We will verify identity and execute the deletion process promptly, subject to statutory record-retention requirements.
Bốc Xếp Thiên Bảo, developed by Dev iTomo, strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), or any actions that harm minors.
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against CSAE/CSAM content and violations.
