Nocity Labs built the BusBuzz (GPS Stop Alarm) app as a Free app. This Service is provided by Nocity Labs at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Location Data and Background Access
BusBuzz requires access to your device's location data to provide its core functionality. Specifically, the Application accesses your precise location (GPS and network-based) and requires Background Location Access to monitor your real-time position even when the app is closed, running in the background, or not actively in use.
How We Use This Data: This continuous location tracking is strictly used to calculate your distance from your pre-set alarm destinations and to trigger timely stop alerts or notifications to prevent you from missing your stop.
Data Privacy & Sharing: All location data processed by BusBuzz is handled locally and in real-time on your mobile device. We do not transmit, collect, or store your location data on any external servers, nor do we share, sell, or disclose this information to any third-party services or entities.
Service Provider & App Usage Terms
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which could expose your phone to malware, viruses, compromise your phone's security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly.
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance.
GPS Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer
The Application relies heavily on your device's GPS and location services to trigger alarms. The Service Provider cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, timeliness, or availability of location tracking, as it depends on third-party hardware, satellite signals, and environmental factors.
You agree that you will not rely solely on the Application for critical wake-ups or transit stops. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, including missed stops, delays, or losses caused by GPS inaccuracies, battery depletion, or background service termination by the device's operating system.
Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
