Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the App

handles information. In short: BubbleSpark does not collect, store, share, or

transmit any personal information. The Game runs completely offline.

1. NO DATA COLLECTION

BubbleSpark does not collect any personal or sensitive user data. We do not

ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos,

or any other personal information. We have no user accounts and no login.

2. NO INTERNET CONNECTION

BubbleSpark works 100% offline. The App does not request the INTERNET

permission and does not connect to any server, website, API, backend, or

online service. No data ever leaves your device.

3. LOCAL GAME PROGRESS

The App saves your game progress (such as unlocked levels, stars, best

scores, and sound/music settings) locally on your own device only. This

information is stored on your device and is never uploaded or shared. You can

erase this data at any time using the "Reset Progress" button in the Settings

screen, or by clearing the App's data / uninstalling the App.

4. NO THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

BubbleSpark does not include any third-party analytics, advertising networks,

tracking tools, social media SDKs, or external libraries. No third party

receives any information from the App.

5. NO ADVERTISEMENTS

The App does not display advertisements and does not use any ad networks.

6. PERMISSIONS

BubbleSpark does not request any special or sensitive Android permissions. It

does not access your camera, microphone, storage, location, contacts, or any

other protected feature.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BubbleSpark is family-friendly and safe for players of all ages. Because the

App collects no personal information whatsoever, it does not knowingly collect

data from children. The App complies with child-safety expectations by design.

8. DATA SECURITY

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data at risk

of being exposed online. All game data stays on your device.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be

reflected in this document with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use

of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
