BrainPeak IQ: Brain Games ("BrainPeak IQ," "we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when it may be disclosed, and the choices and rights available to you when you use BrainPeak IQ.
By using BrainPeak IQ, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide and operate BrainPeak IQ.

We do not require you to provide your exact date of birth.
B. Game and Training Data
When you use BrainPeak IQ, we may collect information relating to your game and training activity, including:
Game records
Training activity
Training scores
Training completion status
We use this information to provide core App functionality, including calculating your brain score and tracking consecutive training activity.
C. Test and Assessment Data
BrainPeak IQ may provide IQ tests and other tests or assessments.
Your answers to test or assessment questions and the resulting test results are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
We do not collect or store your individual test answers or test results on our servers.
D. Information You Provide When Contacting Us
If you contact us for customer support, feedback, privacy inquiries, or other requests, we may receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and the contents of your communication.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage your request.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
BrainPeak IQ currently does not:
Require users to create an account or log in
Collect or store your test or assessment answers on our servers
Collect or store your test results on our servers
Access or collect the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
Use App Tracking Transparency (ATT) for advertising tracking
Use Firebase Analytics
Use Adjust
Use the Facebook or Meta SDK
Collect payment card or banking information directly
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect to:
Provide and operate BrainPeak IQ
Calculate your brain score
Track consecutive training activity
Maintain your game and training progress
Personalize certain aspects of your App experience based on information you choose to provide
Maintain the reliability, security, and functionality of the App
Respond to your questions, feedback, or support requests
Comply with applicable legal obligations
Protect our rights, users, and services where reasonably necessary
We process personal information only for purposes that are reasonably related to providing and operating BrainPeak IQ or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
BrainPeak IQ may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions provided through Apple's App Store.
Purchases and payments are processed by Apple. We do not directly collect or store your payment card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials.
Where necessary to provide purchased features, the App may use information made available through Apple's in-app purchase system to determine whether you have access to premium content or features.
Your use of Apple's payment services is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies.
5. Advertising and Tracking
BrainPeak IQ does not currently access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and does not use App Tracking Transparency permission to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
We do not currently use Firebase Analytics, Adjust, Facebook SDK, or Meta SDK.
If our data practices materially change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or obtain any permissions required by applicable law or platform rules before implementing such practices.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose limited information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers
We may use service providers that perform technical infrastructure, hosting, storage, security, or similar services on our behalf.
Such providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Game records and training data may be retained as reasonably necessary to calculate and maintain your brain score and consecutive training activity.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we will delete or anonymize it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
Because BrainPeak IQ currently does not provide user accounts, there is no account registration or account deletion process within the App.

8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Data Transfers
Depending on where our technical infrastructure and service providers are located, information collected by BrainPeak IQ may be processed or stored in a country or region other than the one in which you reside.
Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures designed to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally.
10. Children's Privacy
BrainPeak IQ is not directed to young children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where parental consent or another legal basis was required but not obtained, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
