Privacy Policy of the Mobile Application "Boomerang - Cool Tap Game"
Definitions
1.1. Administrator – An individual managing the account named "Sprout Knowledge Yields" on Google Play Console and offering applications on this account.
1.2. Personal Data – Information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or several specific factors defining their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity, including device IP, internet identifier, and information collected via cookies and other similar technologies.
1.3. Policy – This Privacy Policy.
1.4. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
1.5. Application - The mobile application “Boomerang - Cool Tap Game”
1.6. User – Every natural person visiting the Application or using one or more services or functionalities described in the Policy, as well as those using the functionalities available within the Application installed on a mobile device such as a cellphone, tablet, etc.
This document describes the privacy policy of the mobile application "Boomerang - Cool Tap Game", hereinafter referred to as the Application. The entity responsible for the application is the individual managing the account named "Sprout Knowledge Yields" on Google Play Console, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator. The Administrator respects the right to data protection of the Application Users, with particular regard to the right to privacy.
Processing of Personal Data in connection with the use of the Application
3.1. In connection with the User's use of the Application, the Administrator collects data necessary for providing the respective offered services. Below are the detailed principles and purposes of processing the Personal Data collected while using the Application by the User.

Personal Data of all persons using the Application are processed by the Administrator to provide electronic services in terms of making content stored in the Application available to Users – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
4.2. For the purpose of establishing and pursuing claims or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), which consists of protecting his rights.
4.3. The User simultaneously accepts the rules described in this document. If the User does not consent to the following rules, please do not approve the consent to install the Application or uninstall the Application.
4.4. The Application does not collect or send any personal data of users to the application server operating within the Application.
Period of processing Personal Data
5.1. The period of data processing by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. Generally, data are processed for the duration of the service, until the withdrawal of consent expressed, or the filing of an effective objection against data processing in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the Administrator's legitimate interest.
5.2. The data processing period may be extended if the processing is necessary to establish and pursue any claims or defend against claims, and after this time only if and to the extent required by law. After the processing period, the data are irreversibly deleted or anonymized.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
6.1. The Policy is continuously reviewed and updated as needed.
6.2. The current version of the Policy was adopted and is effective as of 19.12.2023

This application uses the option of displaying advertisements while using the application provided by the Google AdMob service. The AdMob privacy policy is available here.
Use of the Application
While using the Application, in the stores supporting it, application usage statistics are automatically collected. This data may include personal data, device identifiers, as allowed by the privacy policy of the store or AdMob. The Application may access the following permissions on the mobile device:
Internet connections to establish a connection necessary for the proper functioning of the Google AdMob service.
User data for diagnostic purposes.
