Welcome to Bible for Women! By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Bible for Women

Bible for Women is a mobile app that uses artificial intelligence to help users:

• Understand and discuss Bible verses
  
  

• Answer questions about Scripture
  
  

• Receive daily Bible verses for reflection
  
  

• Share how they feel through the Daily Check-in chat

2. User Accounts

• To use Bible for Women, you may need to provide certain information, including your name and email address when creating an account.
  
  

• You can also use the app in guest mode without creating an account.
  
  

• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
  
  

3. Data Collection

Personal Data:

We collect your name and email to provide our services and manage your account.

Non-Personal Data:

We may collect usage data (such as number of chats, Daily Check-ins, frequency of use, device type, or app interactions) to improve the app.

We handle all data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use Bible for Women only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
  
  

• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the app
  
  

• Share content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
  
  

• Use the app for commercial purposes without prior written permission
  
  

• Use AI responses or Daily Check-in guidance to replace personal Bible study, prayer, or consultation with qualified spiritual leaders
  
  

5. AI Responses and Accuracy

Bible for Women uses artificial intelligence to provide biblical insights and answers.

While we strive for accuracy and our AI is instructed to cite real Bible verses, the responses are provided for educational and study purposes only.

Bible for Women should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, personal Bible reading, prayer, and consultation with pastors or theologians.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Bible for Women offers a free tier with limited chats and Daily Check-ins, and a premium subscription for unlimited access.

Subscription payments are processed through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple’s payment terms.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology in Bible for Women are the property of the app developer and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Bible verses are from public domain or licensed translations.

8. Updates and Changes

We may update Bible for Women from time to time. These Terms may also be updated.

Updated Terms will be posted in the app, and the effective date will be revised. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bible for Women provides information for general educational and study purposes only.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to theological interpretations, religious decisions, or misuse of information provided by the AI or Daily Check-in.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
