When you scan or upload a painting, artwork, or image:

• Your image may be sent securely to our servers to analyze it using AI.

• We do not store your images permanently.
  They are processed temporarily and then deleted automatically.

1.2. Analytics & App Usage

We may collect anonymous usage data such as:

• Device type

• App interactions

• Crash logs

• Subscription status

This data does not identify you personally and helps us improve the App.

1.3. Subscription Purchases

When you subscribe, Apple handles all payment processing.
We do not receive your:

• Name

• Email

• Apple ID

• Credit card information

We only receive an anonymous subscription status from Apple.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Identify paintings using AI

• Improve recognition accuracy

• Provide features such as artwork details, history, and estimated value

• Improve app performance and stability

• Manage subscriptions and restore purchases

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your data may be shared only with:

• AI service providers (OpenAI, Google Vision, or similar) strictly to process artwork recognition

• Analytics services to improve app quality

• Apple for subscription status verification

These partners comply with strict security and privacy standards.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded/scanned images are deleted immediately after AI processing.

• Analytics/usage data is retained only as long as needed to improve the App.

You may delete the App at any time to stop all data collection.

• No long-term image storage

However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13.
