• Account & Profile Information: When you log in via Google or Apple Sign-In, we store your basic profile info (Name, Email, Account ID, and optional Profile Picture/DP)
• User & Platform Data: Username handles for connected social platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp) to create unique web sharing links (aqs.app/username).
• Messages & AI Content: Anonymous messages sent to your inbox, web interview responses from your friends, and generated AI Personality/Blindspot reports stored via Cloud database
• Device & Usage Data: Push notification tokens (FCM Token), local device cache data, IP addresses (for anti-bot rate limiting), and crash logs via Firebase Crashlytics.
• In-App Purchase Data: Subscription and purchase statuses managed securely through Google Play Store Billing / Apple In-App Purchase.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
• To provide core features: Delivering anonymous messages, social vibe checks, and generating custom story stickers.
• Gemini AI Insights: Messages and responses are processed using Google Gemini AI to analyze social blindspots and generate psychological reports.
• Push Notifications: Sending real-time notification alerts when new secret messages arrive.
• Safety & Moderation: Running automated profanity filters and moderation layers to protect users from abusive content and cyberbullying.
• Analytics & Improvements: Monitoring app performance, fixing crashes, and improving user experiences.
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We share data with trusted third-party providers strictly for app functionality:
• Google Firebase: Authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Messaging (FCM), Crashlytics, and Analytics.
• Google Gemini AI API: Natural language processing for personality and blindspot report generation..
• Google reCAPTCHA: Anti-bot security and rate-limiting on web links.
• Google Play Store / Apple App Store: Processing in-app subscriptions and payment transactions securely.
4. Account Deletion & Data Rights
• Delete Account: In compliance with app store policies, users can permanently delete their account and associated Firestore data at any time directly from the App Settings menu.
• Data Persistence: Local caching is used to preserve purani AI reports and messages offline safely on your device.
5. Children's Privacy
AQS is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
