This privacy policy applies to the Sound Meter: Noise Detector app (herein referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was created by Putramobi (herein referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service.

If you choose to use this Application, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that the Service Provider collects is used for providing and improving the Service. The Application requires access to your device's physical microphone to function. This permission is strictly necessary to measure ambient noise levels (decibels).
Crucial Notice Regarding Audio Data: The Application analyzes audio signals in real-time and exclusively on your device. The Service Provider DOES NOT record, store, transmit, or share any audio or voice data from your device to any external server or third party. The audio data is processed instantly and immediately discarded after the decibel calculation is made.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

These third-party service providers (like Google AdMob) may collect information such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, and other deviceidentifiers to personalize ads and analyze ad performance. You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's Google settings.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider values your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and the Service Provider cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
