ApolloPDF respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user data and complies with Google Play‘s Developer Program Policies.

ApolloPDF does not collect, store, process, or share any personal information.
All documents you open (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT) remain entirely on your local storage. We do not transmit, upload, or store any file or content to any server.
No account creation, login, or registration is required to use the app.
No user data is sent to any third party or external service.
The app does not use any analytics, tracking, or crash reporting tools that collect personal data.
2. Permissions
ApolloPDF requests only the minimum permissions necessary for its core functions:
File Access (Storage Access) – Used solely to let you browse, open, and manage documents (PDF, Word, Excel, PPT) stored on your local storage for viewing and file management purposes. Files are accessed only when you explicitly choose to open them.
No other sensitive permissions are requested, including but not limited to: camera, microphone, contacts, location, phone, or SMS.
3. How Your Data Is Handled
Documents – All files are opened and processed locally. The app does not read, copy, or transfer file content outside your local storage.
Favorites – Your favorite files are marked locally. No data is synced to any server.
File metadata – File names, sizes, and paths are displayed locally for your reference. This information never leaves your local storage.
Sharing – When you choose to share a file, the app invokes your system‘s built-in sharing interface. The file is handled by the sharing method you select; ApolloPDF does not intermediate or store the shared content.
4. Data Security
All operations are performed locally on your local storage. No data is transmitted over any network. The app does not require internet permission and functions entirely offline. Your documents remain private and under your control at all times.
5. Children‘s Privacy
ApolloPDF does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app does not request any personal data, and all functionality is limited to local file viewing and management.
6. Third-Party Services
ApolloPDF does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The app does not share any data with third parties.
