Privacy Policy — AI Face Swap Studio
Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Contact: pixdazz3@gmail.com
AI Face Swap Studio ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Pixdazz, lets you swap faces in images and videos. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what data the App collects, how it is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully.
1. Summary — How your photos and AI processing work
- When you create a face swap, the photo or video you select is uploaded to our own servers at faceswap.pixdazz.xyz, operated by Pixdazz.
- All AI face-swap processing runs on our own infrastructure. We do not send your photos, videos, or facial images to any third-party AI service.
- We do not use your media to train any AI model.
- We ask for your explicit consent inside the App before any media is uploaded. You can review or revoke this consent at any time in Settings, under "Manage AI Data Consent".
- Uploaded media is automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days, and you can request earlier deletion at any time.
The rest of this policy gives the full detail.
2. Data we collect
Media you choose to provide:
- Photos and videos you upload or capture for face swapping, including the face image you supply and any template you select.
- The face-swapped results generated from your media.
We only access your camera or photo library when you choose to take or select a photo or video for a swap.
Device and technical data:
- An anonymous device identifier ("device fingerprint") derived from your device hardware. It is stored securely on your device and sent with our requests so we can associate your jobs, credits, and purchases with your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or contacts.
- Device and app information such as device model, operating system version, and app version, used for compatibility, security, and troubleshooting.
- A push-notification token (via Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can deliver notifications.
Advertising and analytics data:
- Advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data collected by Google AdMob to show ads to users on the free tier.
- App-event and advertising data collected by Meta (Facebook) app events. On iOS this is only collected after you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; if you decline, this tracking is not performed.
- Anonymous usage and diagnostic data (for example, crash information and basic interaction patterns) used to keep the App working and improve it.
Purchase data:
- Subscription and purchase status processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details; payments are handled entirely by the app stores.
3. How we collect data
- Directly from you, when you select or capture a photo or video, choose a template, or make a purchase.
- Automatically, through software components in the App (Firebase, Google AdMob, Meta app events, RevenueCat) and through standard requests to our servers.
4. How we use your data
We use the data above to:
- Generate the face-swapped image or video you request, and return the result to you.
- Operate core features such as your history, video credits, and entitlements.
- Process subscriptions, purchases, and restore-purchase requests.
- Deliver and measure advertising on the free tier.
- Maintain security (including abuse prevention via Firebase App Check), fix bugs, and improve the App.
- Send you notifications you have opted into.
- Respond to your support requests.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. AI processing and who receives your media
- Your uploaded photos and videos are sent only to our own servers at faceswap.pixdazz.xyz, operated by Pixdazz.
- The AI face-swap models run on Pixdazz-controlled infrastructure. Your media is not transmitted to, processed by, or shared with any third-party AI service or third-party AI provider.
- Your media is never used to train AI or machine-learning models.
- Before any media leaves your device, the App shows an in-app consent screen describing what is sent, who receives it, and why. Uploading only proceeds if you agree.
- You can withdraw this consent at any time in Settings, under "Manage AI Data Consent". After you revoke it, the App will ask again the next time you create a result.
6. Data retention
- Uploaded media and generated results are stored on our servers for a maximum of 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted.
- You may request earlier deletion of your uploaded media at any time by contacting us at pixdazz3@gmail.com or via the in-app Support screen.
- The anonymous device identifier is retained on your device so your purchases and credits persist; you can clear it by uninstalling the App (subject to platform behavior).
7. Third-party services we use
We use the following third-party services to operate the App. We share only the data each service needs for its stated function, and we rely on each provider's commitment to protect that data with safeguards equivalent to those described in this policy. None of these services receives the photos, videos, or facial images you upload for face swapping, and none of them is an AI face-swap provider.
