**Mewarly** ("we," "our," or "us") provides a ride-hailing platform connecting passengers ("Customers") with drivers ("Drivers"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.
## 2. Collection of Your Information
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your device.
### A. Personal Data
Personally identifiable information, such as your:
- **Name**
- **Phone Number**
- **Profile Picture**
- **National ID / Driver License** (Drivers only)
- **Vehicle Details** (Drivers only: Plate Number, Model, Color, Registration Documents)
### B. Location Data (Background & Foreground)
**For Drivers:**
We collect your precise location data **even when the app is closed or not in use (background)** to:
- Enable customers to track your ride in real-time.
- Calculate trip fares based on distance traveled.
- Dispatch nearby trip requests to you effectively.
**For Customers:**
We collect your precise location to:
- Determine your pickup point.
- Show available drivers near you.
- Track your trip progress.
### C. Audio & Microphone Data
We use your microphone permission (`RECORD_AUDIO`) solely for the purpose of enabling **In-App Voice Calling (VoIP)** between the Driver and the Customer. Audio data is ephemeral and is not stored on our servers. This feature is powered by **Zego Cloud**.
### D. Financial Data
We do not store your credit card numbers. We store transaction history related to wallet recharges and trip payments within the app's internal wallet system (MRU currency).
### E. App Permissions
The App may request access to the following permissions:
- **Location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION):** To track rides and enable core functionality.
- **Camera:** To capture profile pictures or vehicle documents.
- **Storage:** To upload documents or save ride receipts.
- **Phone State:** To manage incoming calls and verify device identity.
- **Notifications:** To send ride updates and chat messages.
## 3. Use of Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Facilitate ride-hailing services and connect Drivers and Customers.
- Process payments and wallet transactions.
- Enhance the safety and security of our users (e.g., verifying driver documents).
- Send you notifications regarding your account or trips.
- Respond to customer service requests.
## 4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
- **With Other Users:** We share your name, photo, location, and rating with the other party (Driver/Customer) during a ride to facilitate the service.
- **With Service Providers:** We may share information with third parties that perform services for us, such as:
- **Google Maps:** For mapping and navigation.
- **Firebase (Google):** For authentication, database, and analytics.
- **Zego Cloud:** For in-app voice calling communication.
## 5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
## 6. Policy for Children
We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If you become aware of any data we have collected from children under age 13, please contact us using the contact information provided below.
## 7. Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your account at any time.
1. **In-App:** Go to **Settings > Profile > Delete Account**.
2. **By Email:** Contact us at **support@mewarly.com** with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Upon deletion, all your personal data (name, phone, history) will be permanently removed from our active databases, except for data required to be retained by law (e.g., transaction history).

## 2. المعلومات التي نجمعها
### أ. البيانات الشخصية
نقوم بجمع معلومات مثل:

- **الصورة الشخصية**

**للسائقين:**
نقوم بجمع بيانات موقعك الدقيق **حتى عندما يكون التطبيق مغلقاً أو غير مستخدم (في الخلفية)** وذلك لـ:
- تمكين الزبائن من تتبع الرحلة في الوقت الفعلي.
- حساب تكلفة الرحلة بناءً على المسافة المقطوعة.
- إرسال طلبات الرحلات القريبة منك بكفاءة.
**للزبائن:**
نستخدم الموقع لتحديد نقطة الانطلاق وعرض السائقين المتاحين بالقرب منك.
### ج. الميكروفون والصوت
نطلب إذن الميكروفون فقط لتمكين **ميزة الاتصال الصوتي داخل التطبيق** بين السائق والزبون عبر خدمة **Zego Cloud**. نحن لا نقوم بتسجيل أو تخزين مكالماتك.
### د. أذونات التطبيق
قد يطلب التطبيق الوصول إلى:
- **الموقع:** لتتبع الرحلات والعمليات الأساسية.
- **الكاميرا:** لالتقاط الصور الشخصية أو المستندات.
- **التخزين:** لرفع المستندات.
- **الإشعارات:** لإرسال تحديثات الرحلة.
## 3. حذف الحساب
يحق لك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت:
1. **داخل التطبيق:** اذهب إلى **الإعدادات > الملف الشخصي > حذف الحساب**.
2. **عبر التواصل:** اتصل بنا لطلب الحذف.
عند الحذف، سيتم محو بياناتك الشخصية باستثناء السجلات المالية التي يفرض القانون الاحتفاظ بها.
