Because your information is stored locally, we cannot access or recover your notes if they are lost.
Important
Uninstalling Notexa Hub or clearing the App's data/storage may permanently delete locally stored notes and other App data.
We recommend using the App's built-in Export / Backup functionality to keep your own copy of important notes.
4. Internet Connectivity
Notexa Hub is designed as a fully offline application.
The App does not require an internet connection for its core functionality and does not send your notes or personal information to remote servers.
No cloud synchronization or online account is required.
5. Permissions
Notexa Hub is designed to operate with minimal permissions.
The App does not require sensitive permissions such as:
Camera
Microphone
Location
Contacts
SMS
Phone
Background tracking
Any Android permission that may be required for a specific operating-system feature will only be used for that feature and not for collecting or tracking personal information.
6. Data Sharing and Selling
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information.
Because Notexa Hub does not collect your personal information or note content, there is no user data for us to sell or share with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.
The App does not contain advertising networks, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking services.
7. Sharing and Export Features
Notexa Hub may provide optional features that allow you to export or share your notes.
These actions are initiated by you.

Send exported content through an application of your choice
When you voluntarily share or export information, that information may be handled by the application or service you choose. The privacy practices of that third-party application or service are outside the control of Notexa Hub.

Notexa Hub does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
Because the App does not collect personal information, there is no age-based personal data collection through the App.

Notexa Hub is designed around local, offline storage.
Keeping your device protected with the operating system's security features, screen lock, and regular device backups can help protect your locally stored information.
Since we do not have access to your locally stored notes, we cannot remotely restore lost or deleted data.

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's functionality or privacy practices change.
When changes are made, the updated Privacy Policy will be made available within the App and/or through the App's official store listing, where appropriate.
The Last Updated date at the top of this policy will be updated when significant changes are made.
