This Privacy Policy describes how Neon Smashoid ("we," "our," or "the App") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

Neon Smashoid does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, including but not limited to:

• Names, email addresses, or contact information

• Location data or GPS coordinates

• Device identifiers or advertising IDs

• IP addresses or network information

• Photos, camera data, or microphone recordings

• Browsing history or search queries

• Financial or payment information

• Contacts, call logs, or SMS data

2. Data Storage

All game data — including scores, achievements, settings, coins, daily challenge progress, and shop purchases — is stored exclusively on your device using the browser's local storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device

• Is never transmitted to any server

• Is never shared with any third party

• Is never backed up to any cloud service

• Can be completely deleted by you at any time from the Settings screen within the app, or by clearing the app's data in your device settings

3. Third-Party Services

Neon Smashoid does not integrate with or use any third-party services, including but not limited to:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)

• No advertising networks or ad SDKs

• No crash reporting tools

• No social media SDKs

• No cloud databases or remote servers

• No attribution or tracking services

4. Internet Access

Neon Smashoid operates 100% offline. The app does not require an internet connection to function and does not make any network requests at any time. No data is sent to or received from the internet during use.

5. Permissions

The app requests only the following Android permission:

• VIBRATE — Used solely to provide haptic feedback during gameplay (button taps, game events, quiz responses). This permission does not access any personal data. Vibration can be disabled in the app's Settings screen.

The app does not request or use permissions for: camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage access, phone state, Bluetooth, NFC, biometrics, or any other sensitive permission.

6. Children's Privacy

Neon Smashoid does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). The app contains no user accounts, no chat features, no social features, no user-generated content sharing, and no in-app purchases. The app is rated for Everyone and is safe for users of all ages.

7. In-App Purchases

Neon Smashoid contains no in-app purchases and no real-money transactions of any kind. All in-game content (coins, shop items, achievements) is earned exclusively through gameplay.

8. Advertising

Neon Smashoid contains no advertisements of any kind. There are no banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, native ads, or any other form of advertising within the app.

9. Data Sharing

We do not share any data with any third party because we do not collect any data. There is no data to share, sell, rent, trade, or disclose.

10. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, data retention is entirely under your control. You may delete all game data at any time by:

• Using the "Reset All Data" option in the app's Settings screen

• Clearing the app's data through your device's Settings > Apps > Neon Smashoid > Clear Data

• Uninstalling the app from your device

11. Share Feature

The app includes a "Share Score" feature that generates an image of your game score on your device. If you choose to share this image, it is shared using your device's native sharing mechanism (Android Share Sheet). We do not process, upload, or store the shared image. The sharing action is performed entirely by your device's operating system and the app you choose to share with.

12. Security

Because we do not collect, transmit, or store any user data on any server, there is no risk of data breaches, unauthorized access, or data leaks from our side. Your game data exists only on your device and is protected by your device's own security measures.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

14. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. All data is stored locally on your device and is fully under your control.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we confirm that no personal data is processed under GDPR. For users in California, we confirm that no personal information is collected, sold, or shared under CCPA/CPRA.
