PowerPoint genAI-beta（以下「本拡張機能」）は、楽天グループ株式会社の従業員向けに提供される社内ツールです。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本拡張機能が収集、使用、保存、共有するユーザーデータについて説明します。
### 2. 収集するデータ
本拡張機能は、以下のデータを収集します：
#### 2.1 個人を特定できる情報
- **メールアドレス**: 工数推定機能の改善および個別フィードバック収集のため、社内メールアドレス（@rakuten.com）を収集します。
- **ユーザー識別子（UUID）**: 匿名でユーザーを識別するため、ランダムに生成されたUUIDを収集します。
#### 2.2 ユーザーアクティビティ
- **フィードバックデータ**: 工数推定の精度に関する5段階評価を収集します。
- **機能使用状況**: どの機能が使用されたか（プレビュー、エクスポートなど）を収集します。
- **入力データ**: PowerPointスライドのコード（テキストボックス数、文字数、図形数、表数、グラフ数、テンプレート使用有無）を収集します。
#### 2.3 ウェブサイトのコンテンツ
- **生成されたPowerPointコード**: 機能改善のため、生成されたPptxGenJSコードを収集する場合があります。
### 3. データの使用目的
収集したデータは以下の目的で使用されます：
- **機能改善**: 工数推定アルゴリズムの精度向上
- **ユーザーサポート**: 問題の特定と解決
- **使用状況分析**: 機能の使用頻度や傾向の分析
- **個別学習**: ユーザーごとの工数推定精度の向上
### 4. データの保存と保管
- **保存場所**: 収集したデータは、Google Cloud Platform（GCP）の東京リージョン（asia-northeast1）に保存されます。
- **保存期間**: データは収集後最大2年間保存されます。
- **セキュリティ**: データは暗号化され、アクセス制御により保護されます。

収集したデータは以下の場合を除き、第三者と共有されません：
- **楽天グループ内**: 開発・運用チーム内でのみアクセス可能です。
- **サービスプロバイダー**: Google Cloud Platformを使用してデータを保存します。

これらのデータはユーザーのブラウザ内にのみ保存され、ユーザーが拡張機能をアンインストールすると削除されます。

### 1. Introduction
PowerPoint genAI-beta (the "Extension") is an internal tool provided for employees of Rakuten Group, Inc. This Privacy Policy describes the user data that the Extension collects, uses, stores, and shares.

The Extension collects the following data:
#### 2.1 Personally Identifiable Information
- **Email Address**: We collect internal email addresses (@rakuten.com) to improve the time estimation feature and collect individual feedback.

- **Feedback Data**: We collect 5-level ratings on the accuracy of time estimates.

- **Generated PowerPoint Code**: We may collect generated PptxGenJS code for feature improvement purposes.
