Welcome to the Talented Football application ("App" or "Platform"). By using the app or registering as a player, coach, agent, scout, or club representative, you agree to fully comply with these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and the Talented Football app management ("Management").
Platform / App: Talented Football application and all its digital services.
Management: The owner and operator of the application.
Player: Any user who registers for the purpose of marketing themselves as a football player.
Coach: A person who provides training or skill development services through the app.
Agent / Scout: A person who works in talent discovery or negotiation on behalf of players.
Club: Any sports entity seeking to contract with players or coaches through the app.
This agreement is considered a permanent electronic agency contract between the user and the Management.
The app management is considered the official digital agent for all operations within the system.
Any transaction or agreement made through the app is subject to the supervision and financial/legal terms of the Management.
No coach, agent, scout, or club may conclude any contract or sale/marketing deal for any player contacted through the app without the Management's approval.
The app management retains a percentage of 25% (twenty-five percent) of the value of any sale, marketing, transfer, or sponsorship deal conducted through or because of the platform.
The percentage includes all commercial operations such as:
Player sale or transfer.
Sponsorship or marketing contracts.
Training or development.
Representation or brokerage deals.
The user's acceptance of these terms constitutes legal approval that the app is their agent and business partner.
The player must provide accurate and truthful information about their identity and athletic level.
Acknowledges that the app management is their official digital agent in all marketing or negotiation processes.
The player agrees that the app has the right to communicate on their behalf with clubs and agents.
Commits not to conclude any agreement outside the platform without notifying the Management and obtaining their written approval.
It is prohibited to use player data or communicate with them outside the platform without official permission.
Any deal conducted outside the app is considered a contract violation and may result in suspension or legal actions.
Users acknowledge the Management's right to receive 25% of any deal resulting from using the app.
If a club contacts any player, coach, or agent through the app, a 25% commission is due upon signing any contract.
The club may not conclude any direct agreement outside the system.
The app reserves the right to suspend or cancel dealings with any club that violates these terms.
The Management has the right to suspend or delete any violating account.
The Management owns all data and correspondence rights within the system.
Can modify terms without prior notice.
Has the right to represent any party before legal authorities in case of disputes.
The app works as a digital intermediary and is not responsible for data accuracy or implementation of agreements between users.
The user is responsible for their decisions within the app.
The Management's role is limited to supervision, mediation, and ensuring transparency.
This agreement is subject to the laws of the country where the Management's legal headquarters is located, and its courts have jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising from the implementation or interpretation of these terms.
Your use of the app or registration in it constitutes explicit and binding acceptance of all previous terms, and this agreement is considered an official digital agency and sports marketing contract between you and the Talented Football app management.
Electronic approval of this contract is granted upon using the app ✅
