•Audio Recordings: All your audio recordings are stored locally on your device or in a custom folder selected by you. We do not upload, collect, or store your recordings on our servers. Your voice data remains 100% private and under your control.
•Biometric Data: If you enable the "App Lock" feature, the authentication is handled entirely by the Android System's biometric prompt. We do not have access to your fingerprints or facial recognition data.
2. Device Permissions
To provide professional recording features, our app requires the following permissions
Microphone: To record audio and process sound waves.
•Storage: To save, rename, and manage your audio files.
•Foreground Service: To allow the app to record in the background without interruption.
•Notifications: To provide recording controls (Pause/Stop) in the status bar.
•System Alert Window: To enable the "Floating Widget" for quick access.
3. Third-Party Services
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect anonymous advertising identifiers to show relevant ads. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for more details on how they handle data.

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the application's reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability.
2. Risk of Data Loss
The developer shall not be held liable for any loss of data, corrupted audio files, or deleted recordings. It is the sole responsibility of the user to maintain backups of important recordings. Loss of files due to app uninstallation, device formatting, or technical errors is not the responsibility of the developer.
3. Recording Failures
While we strive for maximum stability, the app may occasionally stop or fail to save a recording due to system resource constraints, battery optimization, or software bugs. The developer is not liable for any damages (material or moral) resulting from a failed recording during critical events like lectures, interviews, or legal proceedings.
4. Technical Processing Errors
The app uses third-party libraries (such as FFmpeg) for audio editing (Trimming, Cutting, Noise Reduction). The developer is not responsible for any degradation in sound quality, audio artifacts, or processing errors that may occur during the editing or conversion process.
5. Security Features
The "App Lock" feature provides a basic layer of privacy. However, the developer does not guarantee that the application is immune to unauthorized access in case of system-level vulnerabilities or device theft.
