To provide customized learning track a user will need to give his email . This is optional and any user can continue to use the app without providing email. The email if provided will not be shared with anyone nor communicate anything other than customized learning track.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. The app is for agegroup 13+ and not for children

It is for parents of children to prevent children from using the app, we reckon the likely hood of children using the app as next to nothing
