Effective Date: July 17, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
In order to provide, optimize, and support the Application, we automatically collect specific categories of data when you download and interact with the application. We do not solicit, require, or intentionally collect direct Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
The data we collect is primarily technical and pseudonymous in nature. Specifically, we automatically collect the following:
Device Identifiers and Technical Information: We collect device-specific information to ensure software compatibility and optimal performance. This includes, but is not limited to, your unique Device ID, hardware model, operating system and version, screen resolution, time zone, and system language preferences.
Advertising Identifiers: To facilitate the delivery and monetization of the Application through third-party ad networks, we collect resettable mobile advertising identifiers associated with your device. This encompasses the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for iOS devices and the Google Advertising ID (AAID) for Android devices.
Usage Analytics and Diagnostic Data (Telemetry): We collect aggregated, non-identifiable telemetry data regarding your interactions with the Application. This includes session duration, feature utilization, system crash reports, and general performance metrics. This data is utilized strictly for diagnostic purposes, debugging, and continuous product enhancement.
We process the collected data solely for legitimate business purposes related to the operation, monetization, and enhancement of the Application. Specifically, the information we collect is utilized in the following ways:
Service Delivery and Core Operations: To execute the primary functionalities of the Application, ensure software compatibility with your specific device hardware and operating system, and maintain seamless, uninterrupted operational performance.
Monetization and Ad Serving: To facilitate the delivery of third-party advertisements, which enables us to provide the Application to users free of charge. We utilize Advertising Identifiers to allow our advertising partners to serve personalized (interest-based) or contextual advertisements, limit the frequency of ads shown to you, and evaluate the overall effectiveness of their advertising campaigns.
Analytics and Product Optimization: To aggregate and analyze diagnostic and telemetry data. This allows our development team to identify technical anomalies, debug system crashes, monitor server stability, and iteratively improve application features, user interface design, and overall product quality.
Security, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance: To safeguard the integrity of the Application by monitoring for, detecting, and mitigating malicious activities, fraudulent behavior, or unauthorized access. Furthermore, data may be used to ensure compliance with applicable legal obligations and platform policies.
To sustain the ongoing development and maintenance of the Application, we integrate third-party advertising networks and monetization partners directly into our application via Software Development Kits (SDKs) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Google AdMob: We partner with Google AdMob to deliver advertisements within the Application. Google AdMob may automatically collect, process, or receive your Device ID, Advertising Data (such as IDFA or AAID), and standard network routing information (such as your IP address) to serve contextual or personalized advertisements, conduct ad measurement, and detect fraudulent impressions.
Google Privacy Policies: To understand how Google AdMob collects and processes your data, please review Google’s official policies here:
Independent Data Controllers and Liability Disclaimer: Please be strictly advised that these third-party advertising networks operate as independent data controllers. Their collection, processing, sharing, and retention of your data are governed entirely by their own respective privacy policies, not by this Privacy Policy. We do not exert direct control over the specific tracking technologies, cookies, or tracking beacons employed by these external entities.
We respect your autonomy regarding your digital privacy and provide you with mechanisms to control how your data is utilized for targeted advertising. Because we rely on device-level Advertising Identifiers rather than direct Personally Identifiable Information (PII), your primary method for exercising your data rights is managed directly through your mobile device's operating system settings.
Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising
You may revoke consent for the collection and processing of your Advertising Data for personalized ad targeting at any time. To exercise this right, please adjust your device preferences using the following pathways:
For iOS Devices: You may manage your tracking preferences through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and toggle off "Allow Apps to Request to Track" for the Application. Additionally, you may disable general targeted ads via Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising by toggling off "Personalized Ads."
For Android Devices: You may disable personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier directly in your device settings. Navigate to Settings → Google (or Privacy) → Ads and select "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or choose to "Delete advertising ID" / "Reset advertising ID" (options may vary depending on your Android OS version).
Effect of Exercising Opt-Out Rights
Please be strictly advised that utilizing these opt-out mechanisms does not disable or remove advertisements from the Application. It solely restricts the use of your Advertising Data for targeted ad delivery. Consequently, you will continue to receive non-personalized, contextual advertisements based on broader criteria, which may be less relevant to your individual preferences.
We are dedicated to safeguarding the information we collect. To achieve this, we implement and maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to preserve the integrity of your data and mitigate the risks of unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, public disclosure, or unlawful destruction.
Disclaimer of Absolute Security: Notwithstanding our proactive efforts to secure your technical and pseudonymous information, it is imperative to acknowledge that the fundamental architecture of the internet and mobile cellular networks is not inherently infallible. No method of electronic data storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure against advanced cyber threats, zero-day vulnerabilities, or unauthorized third-party intrusions.
Calculated Risk: While we continuously strive to employ industry-standard protocols to protect your data, we cannot categorically guarantee its absolute security, nor can we assume liability for potential data breaches beyond our direct control. You acknowledge and accept that any interaction with or transmission of data through the Application is conducted at your own calculated risk.
This app is developed and intended for a general audience and is strictly not directed at children. We are deeply committed to complying with international legal frameworks governing the online privacy of minors, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.
Prohibition of Intentional Collection: We do not knowingly solicit, collect, process, track, or maintain personal information or persistent device identifiers from individuals known to be under the age of 13 in the United States, under the age of 16 in the European Union, or under the applicable minimum age of digital consent within your specific legal jurisdiction.
Data Remediation and Parental Rights: If you are a parent or legal guardian and you possess reasonable grounds to believe that your minor child has circumvented age restrictions and provided us with personal data without your verifiable, express consent, please contact us immediately using the information provided in Section 9. Upon receiving verified notification, we will take immediate and commercially reasonable steps to expeditiously locate and permanently purge any such associated data from our active systems and partner networks.
Right to Modify: We reserve the exclusive right to modify, amend, update, or revise this Privacy Policy at our sole discretion and at any time. Such modifications may be enacted to reflect changes in our operational practices, the integration of new third-party partners, or to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving regional, national, or international data protection regulations.
Notification of Changes: Any revisions to this document will be published directly on this page or within the Application's interface. We will denote the implementation of these changes by updating the "Effective Date" situated at the top of this Privacy Policy. We generally do not issue individual, direct notifications for standard policy updates unless explicitly mandated by law.
Acceptance via Continued Use: Your continued access to, download of, or engagement with the Application following the posting of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your affirmative and legally binding acceptance of the revised terms. We strongly encourage you to review this document periodically to remain fully informed regarding our current data processing methodologies.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, our data practices, or if you require technical assistance, please contact the responsible developer directly:
