We strictly follow a zero-log policy. No logs related to your IP address, connection time or online duration will be saved. We have no access to your payment information, and will never link your personal details or payment records to any online activities you perform within the app.

## Information We Collect

Our app supports fully anonymous usage. No account registration or personal identity information submission is required. We do not collect or store any of your private personal data.

### Anonymous Non-Personal Data

We only gather basic anonymous device information, such as device model, system version, system language, access time, Google Advertising ID, network status and mobile carrier data. All collected data is used for aggregated usage statistics to improve user experience and overall service quality.

Such anonymous data cannot be used to identify individual users, and excludes all online behavior records including browsing tracks, accessed web pages, traffic routes, DNS queries and real IP addresses. All non-personal data is only used for internal statistics and service optimization.

You may voluntarily enable network diagnosis function to send app fault reports to customer support. Simple connection logs can be attached to support tickets to help our technical team troubleshoot issues and optimize service performance.

## Ways of Collecting Non-Personal Data

### Lumina VPN In-app Statistics

To optimize global server deployment, we only collect aggregated overall usage data. We count service connection requests, user regions and app versions in different time periods without recording users’ real IP addresses, so as to reasonably allocate server resources. We also record successful connection volumes to detect network anomalies and expand server capacity during peak hours for stable connections.

### Google Firebase Integration

## Service Data & Connection Statistics Statement

Under our strict zero-log policy, we never track any user activities inside VPN tunnels, including browsing history, traffic destinations, search content, data files, IP addresses and DNS queries.

We confirm clearly:

1. We cannot check which websites or online services any user has accessed

2. We have no record of users’ online time and connected server IPs

3. We never obtain the original IP addresses of user devices

## Children’s Privacy Protection
