What: Text content that you explicitly copy while using specified immigration and visa-related websites

How: Automatically captured when you perform a copy action (Ctrl+C or right-click copy)

Storage: Up to 20 text items stored locally in Chrome's sync storage

Source URLs: The web address where each text item was copied from

Timestamps: Date and time when each item was copied

2. Payment and Account Information (via ExtensionPay)

Email Address: Collected by ExtensionPay for payment processing, license verification, and account recovery

Payment Information: Credit card and transaction data processed exclusively by ExtensionPay's third-party payment processor (Stripe). We never have direct access to your payment card details

Purchase Records: Transaction history and payment status maintained by ExtensionPay

3. Extension Usage Data

Copy Events: Records when you copy text on supported websites

Pin/Delete Actions: Tracks which clipboard items you pin or delete

Extension Installation Data: Timestamp of when you installed the extension

Local Storage

• Email and payment data is stored on ExtensionPay's secure servers

Retention Period

• Clipboard items: Retained until you manually delete them or clear history

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Control

• View Data: Access all your stored clipboard items through the "View History" feature

• Delete Data: Remove individual items or clear all non-pinned items at any time

• Export Data: Copy any stored text item for your own records

• Uninstall: Removes all locally stored data immediately

Payment Account

• Access Payment Info: Contact ExtensionPay at support@extensionpay.com

• Request Account Deletion: Email ExtensionPay to delete your payment account

• Refund Requests: Contact ExtensionPay within their refund policy period

Chrome Sync

• Disable Chrome Sync to prevent clipboard data from syncing across devices

• Go to Chrome Settings > Sync and Google services > Manage sync

Data Security

Technical Measures

• All data stored using Chrome's encrypted sync storage API

Limitations

ImmiRecord is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child has used this extension, please contact us to have the data removed.

International Data Transfers

Clipboard data is stored locally on your device and may sync through Google's servers (governed by Google's privacy policy)

ExtensionPay and Stripe may process data in the United States and other countries

• Not copying extremely sensitive information (like passwords or complete financial data)

• Understanding that pinned items remain until manually deleted
