Privacy Policy — 【Eliminate cute animals fruits 】
Last updated: 2025-10-08
Who we are and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to 【Eliminate cute animals fruits 】 (the “App”). The developer/operator is 【WangTuo】 (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this Policy or privacy matters, please contact us using the details in Section 13 (“Contact us”).
Our baseline commitments
• The App is a single-player game. Except for minimal processing necessary for core operation and security, we do not directly collect, store, or sell personal information within the App.
• The App integrates the third-party advertising service Google AdMob to show ads and perform basic frequency capping, measurement, and anti-fraud. Certain information related to ads may be processed by Google under its own policies (see Section 4).
• We follow principles of necessity, transparency, and security and provide choices such as consent management and opting out of personalized ads (see Section 5).
Data we process directly (minimal)
• We do not require account registration and do not directly collect information that can identify you personally.
• To maintain stability and security, the App may process non-identifying runtime information locally or for a short period (e.g., error/crash logs and basic performance metrics). This information is used only for troubleshooting and improvements and not to identify individuals.
Third-party services: Google AdMob (Advertising & Measurement)
To serve ads, apply frequency capping, perform basic measurement, and combat fraud, we integrate Google AdMob. When you use the App, Google may read or write technologies similar to cookies on your device and process information that can vary by region, device settings, and your consent choices, including:
• Device and network information (e.g., device model, OS version, IP address, user agent, network info);
• Advertising identifiers / device or other identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, “AAID”);
• App usage and ad interactions (e.g., ad impressions/clicks, exposure duration, measurement and anti-fraud signals);
• Approximate location (city/region level) for compliance or ad delivery purposes (no precise GPS is collected unless you separately authorize it for other features).
Google uses this information for: ad delivery and frequency capping; personalized or non-personalized ad selection; ads/content measurement; audience insights; anti-fraud and abuse prevention; system maintenance and improvement.

EEA/UK/Switzerland consent management
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, we follow applicable laws and will collect and record your choices via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) and/or a Google-certified CMP. You can update your preferences in the App’s “Privacy Options.” If you do not consent to personalized ads, we will request Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) or Limited ads.
Your choices and controls
• In-App Privacy Options: Go to Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences/Privacy Options to view or change your consent and personalization settings. If you opt out of personalized ads, we will request NPA/Limited ads (basic delivery and frequency capping may still rely on data like IP for compliance and security).
• System settings: In Android, you can reset or remove your advertising identifier (AAID) and/or disable ad personalization (the exact path varies by OS version).
• Withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent at any time in the App’s privacy options. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out based on your prior consent.
Data sharing
• We do not sell your personal information to unrelated third parties.
• For the purposes described in Section 4, we share necessary information with Google (Google Ireland Limited/Google LLC and affiliates) acting as a service provider and/or independent controller under Google’s privacy terms.
• We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights and the safety of users.
Data security
We implement measures such as transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and data minimization to reduce risk. Google states that information collected via the Mobile Ads SDK is transmitted using TLS; please refer to Google’s public documentation for details.
Data retention and deletion
• We keep only the minimum local logs necessary for troubleshooting and retain them for the shortest feasible period (typically no longer than 【e.g., 30/90 days】), after which they are deleted or de-identified.
• Advertising-related data is primarily processed and retained by Google. Retention periods and deletion processes follow Google’s policies. You can make deletion/objection/withdrawal requests via the App’s privacy options, your device settings, Google’s self-service tools, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect prior processing based on consent.
Children’s privacy
• The App is intended for 【e.g., “general users aged 13 and above”】. We do not knowingly provide personalized ads or solicit personally identifiable information from children.
• If children or mixed-age audiences are involved, we will use only Google Play Families-self-certified ad sources for those users and apply restrictions (e.g., non-personalized ads only, appropriate content rating, and child-directed settings where applicable).
International data transfers
To provide cross-regional services, data may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your country/region. In such cases, we require third parties to implement appropriate legal and security safeguards.
Your rights
Subject to applicable laws, you may exercise rights regarding data we process directly (e.g., access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent). For data processed by AdMob/Google, please use Google’s privacy tools and policies.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy due to business, legal, or technical reasons. Significant changes will be announced on this page and/or within the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge and agree to the revised Policy.
