Abyssal is designed with strict privacy standards. The Game operates entirely locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, device identifiers, or gameplay analytics.
All user data, including caught fish, pearl balances, depth records, gear upgrades, and settings, is saved exclusively to your device's local storage. If you uninstall the Game or clear the application data, this locally stored progress will be deleted.
The Game is fully functional offline and does not require an active internet connection. It does not communicate with external servers or databases.
We do not use any third-party advertising networks, tracking scripts, or analytics SDKs. The Game is completely ad-free.
Because Abyssal does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, it is safe for players of all ages and is in full compliance with global privacy standards, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
The Game requires minimal device permissions to function correctly. It utilizes standard system capabilities, such as your device's vibration hardware, to provide haptic feedback during gameplay events like catching fish. It does not request access to sensitive data such as your location, contacts, camera, or microphone.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect updates to our application or changes in regulatory requirements. Any updates will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy, with the "Effective Date" at the top updated accordingly.
