Welcome to Flash Clean Master. Operated by our team, our goal is to deliver reliable, high-performance storage management and device optimization tools focused on stable technology and trustworthy user experience. We consider user privacy a core foundation of our software design, rather than just a basic compliance requirement. This policy outlines our standard data handling procedures and the security measures we use to keep all file directory processing and storage cleaning operations fully local and safe.
Flash Clean Master acts as a professional technical tool to help users access, analyze, and streamline mobile device storage systems. Our application is designed to perform comprehensive file system structure checks, enabling users to evaluate memory partitions, locate residual app caches, organize heavy documents, detect redundant duplicate media, and review installed application safety parameters. With our built-in scanning technology, users can safely manage and optimize local storage space on their devices.
To deliver stable and professional storage optimization functions, the App follows strict purpose-based data processing rules. All data operations are limited strictly to necessary service functions:
Operational Optimization: The App scans file metadata, directory paths, and file size parameters to improve the efficiency and accuracy of local junk detection and cache categorization workflows.
User-Triggered Execution: All data scanning, storage inspection, and file removal activities start only after explicit user operation. The App does not collect any data silently in the background or automatically gather user information.
Local Data Processing: All analysis, cache calculation, and file cleaning work runs locally on the user’s device. The App follows a strict no-export policy and never uploads or transmits user personal files, private media, or documents to external servers.
To complete file inspection and storage cleanup normally, the App requires necessary system permissions to connect complex storage structures with simple user operations. All permissions support core functions only:
Storage Access: The App needs storage reading and writing access to scan device partitions, identify unneeded junk fragments, and execute manual deletion commands confirmed by the user.
Application Inventory Access: Permission to inspect installed app packages is strictly used to calculate residual application cache sizes, detect leftover installation files, and perform local software risk assessments.
Full User Control: Users have complete control over all permissions. Every permission request is transparent, and users may modify, restrict, or revoke access at any time through device system settings.
To maintain stable, free, and professional App services, we work with trusted third-party service providers:
Trustlook Security SDK (App Security Analysis): To assist users in detecting potential security risks, malware signatures, and suspicious application behaviors on their devices, we integrate the Trustlook Security SDK. Data Processed: The SDK may collect non-personally identifiable technical information, including installed application package names (App List), file checksums/hashes, device hardware parameters (e.g., OS version, device model), and system threat indicators. Purpose: This technical data is strictly processed to execute local application security audits, identify malicious software packages, and generate safety status reports for user review. Data Protection: Trustlook processes this technical information in accordance with strict confidentiality standards and privacy regulations. No sensitive user personal data (such as user names, photos, private documents, or chat records) is ever accessed or collected by Trustlook.
Performance Monitoring: We use standard industry tools (such as Firebase and analytical SDKs) to monitor App stability, record performance statistics, and capture crash logs. All collected information is generalized technical data (such as device model, OS version, and system language) without personal user details.
In-App Advertising: To support continuous function updates and technical maintenance, we work with trusted advertising platforms such as Google AdMob. These services may use anonymous device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to optimize advertisement display, subject to your device’s privacy settings.
Our data processing standards comply with major international privacy regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and VCDPA. Our privacy principles include:
Transparency and Accountability: We clearly disclose all data processing behaviors, storage inspection operations, and technical practices of the App.
Data Minimization: We only access and process the minimum directory metadata required to complete user-initiated cleaning and diagnostic tasks.
User Data Control: All file processing is performed locally, ensuring users fully own and control their personal data, media, and digital files.
We do not permanently store or archive your personal files or storage records. Temporary cache lists, scan logs, and directory indexes generated during storage inspection routines will be cleared automatically after each task or session ends. We adopt basic technical protection methods to ensure data safety during local processing.
Flash Clean Master is designed for general adult audiences, professionals, and mobile users. We do not intentionally collect data from or provide customized functions for users under the age of 13.
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to adapt to technical upgrades or regulatory changes. The latest update date will be displayed at the top of this page.
