This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Checkers NFT (“the App”) developed by MediaAILearn (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the App.

The App does not require you to create an account or sign in to use its features.
We also do not use any third-party analytics SDKs or tracking tools inside the App.
The App includes a “Community Chat” button which opens our community group in Telegram.
When you tap this button, you are redirected to the Telegram app or Telegram website.
Any data that you provide or that is collected while you are using Telegram is handled only by Telegram, under their own Privacy Policy.
We do not have access to your Telegram login, messages, contacts, or any other personal information from Telegram.
We do not control and are not responsible for how Telegram (or any other third-party service) collects and processes data. We encourage you to review Telegram’s own Privacy Policy before using their services.
Checkers NFT is a game app. Gameplay itself does not require you to provide personal information.
We do not intentionally collect or store any device identifiers or other technical data beyond what is automatically processed by:
Google Play Store (for installs, updates, and crash reporting); and
Your device’s operating system, which may collect certain technical information according to its own policies.
Any such data is processed by Google under its own Privacy Policy and is not used by us to identify you personally.
The App is intended for general audiences and is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information if it is within our control.
The App does not offer in-app purchases.
The App does not show personalized advertising that uses personal data.
