Ay Foundation Inc. ("we", "us", or "our") provides mobile apps including Prank Call - Voice & Video Fun and GPS Map & Timestamp Camera as free applications supported by ads. These apps are intended for use as-is.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your data. By using our apps, you agree to the practices described herein.
a. Via Third-Party SDKs:
Used in both apps for analytics, advertising, and performance monitoring:
Device information (model, OS, language, app version)
Advertising ID (used for ad personalization)
App usage data (screens viewed, session duration)
IP address (for approximate location)
b. Location Data
GPS Map App: Uses precise location to overlay coordinates on photos. Data is stored locally only and not uploaded unless the user shares the image.
Prank Call App: No location data is collected.
c. Media (Photos, Camera, Microphone)
GPS Map App: Access to camera/gallery is used to apply GPS/time overlays. No data is stored or uploaded.
Prank Call App: Access to camera/microphone is optional, used only for fake call effects. No audio/video is uploaded or saved.
We use the following third-party services:
Google AdMob – Privacy
Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics – Privacy
AppsFlyer – Privacy
These services may collect device information and IP addresses in accordance with their privacy policies.
To deliver app features (e.g., GPS stamping, prank calls)
To improve performance and fix bugs
To show relevant ads
To measure user engagement
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Depending on your location (e.g., CCPA, VCDPA), you have the following rights:
a. Right to Access – You may request a copy of your personal data.
b. Right to Rectification – You can request correction of inaccurate data.
c. Right to Deletion – You can request deletion of your personal data.
d. Right to Know About Sharing – You have the right to know whether your data has been shared (see Section 3).
e. Right to Opt-Out of Data Sharing or Sale –
We do not sell your data.
However, third-party ad networks may use data for personalized ads. You can opt out using:
Android:
Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
Online:
Visit the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page: https://optout.networkadvertising.org/
You can manage the following from your device:
Location Access – Required for GPS features.
Camera & Microphone – Optional for Prank Call effects.
Photo Access – Only used with explicit user consent.
Ad Personalization – Manage via Google settings.
We retain data as follows:
Local Media Data (photos/videos/location): Stored only on your device.
Crash & Analytics Data: Retained by third-party services (Firebase, AppsFlyer) according to their own retention policies.
Advertising Data: Managed by AdMob and can be cleared by resetting your Ad ID.
We do not store or retain any personal or sensitive data on our own servers.
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, we will delete it immediately.
Residents of California and Virginia have the following rights:
Access, correction, and deletion of personal data
Know whether their data is shared or sold
Opt-out of targeted advertising and data sale
You can exercise these rights by contacting us (see Section 11). We do not discriminate based on your privacy choices.
