The Service Provider may disclose both User-Provided and Automatically Collected Information under the following circumstances:

You may cease all further collection of information from your mobile device by uninstalling the Application. While uninstallation will halt data collection going forward, it will not automatically erase information that has already been transmitted to the Service Provider or to third parties.

You may request the deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require its retention. The Application is not designed for children under the age of 16, or such higher age threshold as stipulated by applicable law. The Service Provider does not intentionally collect data from children, nor does it direct marketing efforts toward them.
Where parental or guardian consent is mandated by applicable law, the Application is not intended to be used without such consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly gather personally identifiable information from children under 16 in violation of applicable law. Should the Service Provider become aware that a child has submitted personal information, it will promptly remove that data from its servers. This Privacy Policy takes effect as of 2026-08-27.
Where processing is based on consent, you grant such consent by actively opting in to the relevant feature or action. You retain the right to withdraw your consent at any point, without affecting the lawfulness of any processing conducted prior to the withdrawal. Processing carried out under other lawful bases will continue as described above.
