The App does not upload scanned files or APK contents to our servers solely for malware detection.

Only the generated hash value is processed locally unless otherwise stated.

4. Virus Signature Database

The App periodically downloads updated malware signature databases from our servers.

These updates help improve malware detection accuracy.

Downloaded databases may include:

• Malware hash signatures

• Database version

• Update metadata

5. Wi-Fi Security

When you use Wi-Fi Security Check, the App may access:

• Connected Wi-Fi SSID

• Network encryption type

• Gateway information

• Local IP address

• DNS configuration

This information is used only to analyze your current network.

6. Safe Browsing

When you check a website using Safe Browsing:

• The website URL may be securely transmitted to a security service to determine whether it is known to contain malware, phishing, or other unsafe content.

7. Email Breach Check

If you use the Email Breach feature:

• The email address you enter is securely transmitted to a breach detection service to determine whether it appears in known public data breaches.

The email address is processed only to provide this feature.

8. Network Tools

Network diagnostic features may process:

• IP address

• DNS lookups

• SSL certificate information

• WHOIS information

• Network latency

These features operate only when requested by the user.

9. Storage Analysis

Storage Analysis may access:

• Read External Storage  - Used to read files selected for security scanning and storage analysis. 

• Write External Storage  - Used to remove unnecessary files during cleanup on supported Android versions. 

• Location - Required by Android to access Wi-Fi information for Wi-Fi Security Check. 

• Foreground Service - Used to continue security scans while the app runs in the background. 

• Request Delete Packages  - Used to help you uninstall unwanted apps after your confirmation. 

• Query Installed Applications - Used to scan installed apps and provide app security analysis. 

• Notifications (Android 13+) - Used to show scan progress, security alerts, and important notifications. 

The App requests only the permissions required for its features.

How Virus Scanning Works

The App detects known malware by:

1. Reading application package information.

2. Generating an MD5 hash for supported files.

3. Comparing the generated hash against a locally stored malware signature database.

4. Reporting potential matches to the user.

The App's malware detection relies on known malware signatures.

Detection capabilities depend on the version of the malware database and may not detect every new or previously unknown threat.

Data Storage

Most scan results are stored locally on your device.

We do not upload your scanned files to our servers for routine malware detection.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only with trusted service providers that help operate the App, such as:

• Analytics providers

• Crash reporting providers

• Advertising partners

• Security lookup providers (when required by a feature)

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
