Welcome to Prisfix Store. By using this website and commissioning my digital art and animation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Commissions and Orders: All services requested will be processed based on the requirements previously agreed upon between the client and me (Prisfix). The client agrees to provide clear references before I begin the work.
2. Intellectual Property and Usage: The copyrights of the final artwork belong to me (the artist). The client receives a personal use license to use the artwork (such as profile pictures, wallpapers, or personal social media use). Commercial resale, distribution, or alteration of the artwork is strictly prohibited without a prior written agreement and a commercial license fee.
3. Delivery Times: Delivery deadlines are estimates and will be communicated to the client upon accepting the commission. Any delays due to modifications requested by the client will extend the original deadline.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy: Due to the custom nature of digital art, refunds will not be issued once I have started the work or after it has been delivered. If the client cancels the order before the drawing stage begins, a partial refund may be evaluated depending on the progress or slot reservation.

At Prisfix Store, I take the security of your personal data very seriously. This policy outlines how I handle the information I collect:

2. Use of Information: The data provided will be used exclusively to deliver the contracted service, respond to your inquiries, and manage billing. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Payment Gateways: Payments are securely processed through authorized international payment gateways. Prisfix Store does not store or have access to your credit/debit card details or Apple Pay credentials.
4. User Rights: You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data from my records at any time by sending me a direct message.
