This Privacy Policy explains how the AI Print On Demand Designer application ("App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, protects, and shares your information. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
## 1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT
**A. User-Provided Data (Text Prompts):**
To provide our core service (generating mockups and designs), we collect the text prompts you manually type into the App.
**We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.**
**B. Photo Library Access (Write-Only):**
The App requests "Add Only" access to your device's Photo Library. This permission is used **exclusively** to save the final AI-generated image to your device when you tap the "Save" button.
**We do not read, scan, access, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos.**
## 2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The sole purpose of collecting your text prompts is to generate the visual design you requested. Your text prompts are used strictly for this functional purpose. We do not use your data for targeted advertising, marketing, or tracking.
## 3. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES & DATA SHARING (IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE)
To generate high-quality designs, the App relies on industry-leading third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers. **Before sending any data, the App will present a consent screen clearly identifying these providers and asking for your explicit permission.**
When you write a design prompt and press "Generate", your text prompt (and only your text prompt) is shared with the following third-party AI services:
1. **OpenAI (API):** We send your raw text prompt to OpenAI strictly for prompt enhancement and optimization.
2. **Replicate / Black Forest Labs (API):** We send the enhanced text prompt to Replicate (which hosts the Black Forest Labs image generation models) to physically render and generate your final image.
**Equal Protection & AI Training Disclaimer:**
We confirm that the third-party services we share your data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, under their enterprise/API terms of service, both OpenAI and Replicate **do not** use the data submitted through our App's API to train their base AI models. Your prompts are processed temporarily to fulfill the request and are not stored permanently for machine learning training.
## 4. IN-APP PURCHASES AND FINANCIAL DATA
The App offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases. All transactions are handled securely and entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store). We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing information, or financial data.
## 5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We do not operate standalone user accounts or independent cloud databases to store your generated images. Your generated images are displayed temporarily on your device and are permanently lost if you do not save them to your Photo Library. Since we do not store personal profiles or historical data on our servers, there is no personal data to delete upon request.
## 6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
## 7. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
