PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By downloading, installing, accessing, or using PrimeGoal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
PrimeGOal is a sports entertainment and information application.
All predictions, analyses, statistics, and insights provided are for informational and entertainment purposes only.
This App does NOT offer, facilitate, promote, or enable any form of real-money gambling, betting, wagering, or contests.
This App does NOT simulate gambling or betting activities.
No real money can be won, lost, deposited, or withdrawn through this App.
We do NOT accept bets, wagers, or stakes of any kind.
Predictions are AI-generated entertainment content and should not be relied upon for any financial decisions.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between:
You ("User", "you", or "your") - the individual downloading and using the App
This Agreement governs your use of the Goalwise mobile application ("App"), including all content, features, and services provided through the App.
Important: This Agreement is between you and Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi only, and NOT with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries. Apple and Google are not parties to this Agreement and are not responsible for the App or its content.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a:
Limited - restricted to the rights expressly granted herein
Non-exclusive - we may grant similar licenses to others
Non-transferable - you may not transfer this license to anyone else
Revocable - we may terminate this license as provided herein
Personal - for your individual, non-commercial use only
license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable platform rules (Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service).
You agree that you will NOT:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Attempt to derive source code, algorithms, or data structures from the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App to any third party
Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose
Use the App in connection with any real-money gambling, betting, or wagering activities
Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Collect or harvest any information from other users
Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
PrimeGOal provides the following services for entertainment and informational purposes:
Live Scores: Real-time football match scores and updates
Statistics: Match statistics, team data, and player information
League Standings: Current league tables and rankings
AI Predictions: AI-generated match predictions and analyses for entertainment
Head-to-Head Data: Historical match data between teams
IMPORTANT NOTICE: All predictions, probability calculations, and analyses are generated by artificial intelligence for entertainment purposes only. They are NOT guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or reliable. You should NOT make any financial, betting, or gambling decisions based on our predictions. We do NOT encourage or facilitate gambling of any kind.
The App offers both free features and premium subscription options ("PrimeGoal Pro"):
Weekly Subscription: Renews every 7 days
Monthly Subscription: Renews every 30 days
Current prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
All payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase
We do NOT collect, store, or process any payment card information
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
The renewal cost will be the same as the original subscription price unless we notify you of a price change
iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Goalwise → Cancel Subscription
Android: Go to Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Goalwise → Cancel
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
We cannot process refunds directly - please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
The App and all content, including but not limited to:
Software code, algorithms, and databases
Text, graphics, logos, icons, and images
Audio, video, and multimedia content
User interface design and layout
Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
are owned by Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Goalwise" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
The App uses the following third-party services:
API-Football: Match data, statistics, and live scores
Firebase (Google): Analytics and performance monitoring
RevenueCat: Subscription management
Anthropic Claude AI: AI-powered analysis generation
Supabase: Backend infrastructure
Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, including predictions and analyses
Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses
Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the App will meet your expectations
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the App shall create any warranty not expressly stated in this Agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
IN NO EVENT SHALL EPINKO TEKNOLOJI LIMITED SIRKETI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON PREDICTIONS, ANALYSES, OR OTHER CONTENT IN THE APP
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY GAMBLING OR BETTING LOSSES, AS WE DO NOT OFFER GAMBLING SERVICES
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the App
Your violation of this Agreement
Your violation of any rights of any third party
Any content you submit or transmit through the App
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach this Agreement.
Upon termination:
Your license to use the App will immediately cease
You must delete all copies of the App from your devices
All provisions that should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification)
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App and discontinuing use.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to the App or our website. For material changes, we will provide notice through the App, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement. If you do not agree to changes, you must stop using the App.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:
Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Maintenance and Support: Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services.
Warranty: Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
Product Claims: Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Intellectual Property Claims: In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

If you downloaded the App from the Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply:
This Agreement is between you and Epinko Teknoloji Limited Sirketi only, and not with Google LLC ("Google").
Google is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
Google is not obligated to provide any maintenance, support, or warranty services for the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and goktug company regarding the App and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of goktug company.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement without restriction.
