These Terms govern your access to and use of Prime Safety (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse, modify, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the App.
2. Subscription & Payment
Some features require an active subscription purchased through the App Store.
By subscribing, you agree that:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation
Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends
You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
We do not issue refunds directly; all refund requests are handled by Apple.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal purposes.
You may not duplicate, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
4. Changes to the App
We may update, adjust, or discontinue features to improve functionality or maintain compatibility.
We are not obligated to maintain specific features.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, or that all issues will be resolved.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential damages
Loss of use, data, or functionality
Issues caused by device settings, system limitations, or external factors
Your use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Updates to the Terms
We may revise these Terms when necessary.
Continued use of the App indicates your acceptance of any updated Terms.
