### 2. الإعلانات وGoogle AdMob
يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات، بما في ذلك الإعلانات الثابتة وبعض أنواع الإعلانات التفاعلية المستخدمة في مواضع محددة داخل التطبيق.
تم إعداد التطبيق لمعالجة المستخدمين كأطفال باستخدام:
`AgeRestrictedTreatment.CHILD`
Room**
تتضمن:
- الكلمات التعليمية.
- الكلمات المفضلة.
- الكلمات التي تم تعلمها.
- الكلمات المخصصة التي يضيفها المستخدم.
- الجمل المرتبطة بالكلمات المخصصة.
**SharedPreferences**
- **Google AdMob:**

## English
# Privacy Policy
**Primary 3 (Term 1) — Kalimati Thalith Ibtidai Fasl Awal**
**Last updated:** September 26, 2026
## Introduction
Primary 3 (Term 1) is an educational app designed for third-grade elementary students to learn English vocabulary in an interactive way.
Because the app is intended for young children, we place special importance on their privacy and safety. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may process, what is stored locally, and which external services may process information when certain features are used.
---
### 1. Speech Recognition and Voice Input
When the microphone feature is used to pronounce a word, the app uses the Android system's SpeechRecognizer service to convert spoken speech into text. The resulting text is then used to check the pronunciation.
The app itself does not record or save audio as a file and does not store audio recordings on the device. The app also does not store the recognition result in its database or use it for behavioral analysis or advertising personalization.
The app requests a preference for offline speech recognition when available, but this preference is not a guarantee that recognition will always occur entirely on the device. When on-device recognition is unavailable, or when the speech-recognition service uses a network-based path, the audio may be processed by the speech-recognition service provided by the device operating system or its service provider, and the audio may leave the device according to that service's implementation.
The app does not control the internal retention or processing practices of the operating system's speech-recognition service or its provider.
After the recognition session ends, the app releases the recognition session and does not retain a permanent audio recording or audio file.
### 2. Advertising and Google AdMob
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banners and other advertising formats used in specific areas of the app.
The app is configured to treat users as children using:
`AgeRestrictedTreatment.CHILD`
The maximum ad content rating is also configured as:
`G`
The app does not use personalized advertising for children or interest-based advertising through its child-directed advertising configuration.
The Advertising ID (AD_ID) permission has been removed from the final application.
Google AdMob may process certain technical information needed to provide and measure advertising, such as information related to the device, application, network, and interactions with advertisements, according to Google's and AdMob's applicable policies. The app does not control all data-processing details performed by AdMob outside the application.
For more information about Google's handling of data, please refer to Google's and AdMob's official policies.
### 3. Data Stored Locally on the Device
The app stores certain learning and usage information locally on the device.
**Room database**
This may include:
- Learning words.
- Favorite words.
- Learned-word status.
- Custom words created by the user.
- Sentences associated with custom words.
**SharedPreferences**
The app also uses local storage for settings and learning progress, including:
- Repeat counts.
- Voice settings.
- Certain sorting preferences.
- Learning time.
- Quiz counters and results.
- Stars and progress.
- Matching-game progress.
- Some word-connection data.
This information is not associated with an in-app user account. The app does not provide a login or personal account system.
### 4. Custom Words and User-Entered Content
The app allows users to create custom words and enter Arabic or English words and sentences.
This content is stored locally in the application's database.
Because these fields are free-text fields, a user could enter personal information such as a person's name or other identifying information. Parents and guardians should therefore avoid entering full names or other sensitive personal information unless it is necessary.
The app does not provide a general in-app feature for publishing custom words to other users.
### 5. Backup and Restore
The current application configuration allows Android Backup / Restore mechanisms to operate according to Android, device, and user backup settings.
As a result, some locally stored application data, such as learning progress, custom words, or local settings, may be included in Android backup or restore operations when backup is available and enabled on the device.
The app does not control all backup policies imposed by Android or the user's device and account settings.
### 6. External Services
The app may interact with the following external services when certain features are used:
- **Google AdMob:** Used to provide advertisements and measure advertising performance.
- **Android Speech Recognition / Service Provider:** Used to convert spoken words into text when the pronunciation feature is used. Depending on the device and available service, processing may occur on the device or through a network-based service.
- **External Image Services:** Some screens use network services to display images associated with the app's "Other Apps" section. Images are requested when needed for display, and the app does not send custom-word content or the child's learning data through these image requests.
- **Google Play and External Links:** The app may open Google Play pages or other informational links when the user chooses to do so.
### 7. Information the App Does Not Request
The app does not request direct permissions for:
- Location.
- Contacts.
- Camera.
- SMS messages.
- Call history.
- Calendar.
- Phone numbers.
The app does not provide a user account or login system.
The app requests microphone access only when the speech-recognition feature is used.
### 8. Parents' and Guardians' Rights
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child using the app, you may contact us regarding information associated with use of the app.
You may request:
- Clarification about the types of information processed by the app.
- Information about locally stored data that the app can access.
- Deletion of data stored within the application.
- Questions or concerns regarding the privacy of a child or the way information is processed.
**Contact Us:**
Email: aman0apps0@gmail.com
Because the app does not provide user accounts and does not maintain a central database of children's accounts, information stored by the app is primarily local to the device. Such data can generally be removed using the deletion functions available in the app or through Android device settings, such as clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
We will review parent and guardian requests and respond as promptly as reasonably possible.
### 9. Data Security
We use reasonable practices to help protect data stored within the application.
The app does not operate a central user-account system or a private server for storing user files. However, when external services such as AdMob, speech recognition, or Android backup are used, information processed by those services is subject to their own privacy and security practices in addition to the device and operating-system settings.
### 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, services used, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
When a material update is made, the updated version will be published on this same page and the Last updated date at the top of this document will be changed.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review this page periodically.
