تطبيق Primary 1 (Term 1) — كلماتي أولى ابتدائي فصل أول هو تطبيق تعليمي مصمم لطلاب الصف الأول الابتدائي لتعلّم مفردات اللغة الإنجليزية بطريقة تفاعلية.
نظرًا لأن التطبيق موجّه للأطفال الصغار، نولي خصوصيتهم وسلامتهم أهمية خاصة. توضح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي قد يعالجها التطبيق، وكيفية استخدامها، وما يتم تخزينه محليًا، والخدمات الخارجية التي قد تتعامل مع البيانات أثناء استخدام بعض الميزات.
عند استخدام ميزة الميكروفون لنطق كلمة، يستخدم التطبيق خدمة SpeechRecognizer المتوفرة على نظام Android لتحويل الكلام المنطوق إلى نص، ثم يستخدم النص الناتج للتحقق من النطق.
لا يقوم التطبيق نفسه بتسجيل الصوت أو حفظه كملف صوتي أو تخزين تسجيلات صوتية على جهازك. كما لا يحفظ التطبيق النص الناتج في قاعدة بياناته أو يستخدمه للتحليل السلوكي أو لتخصيص الإعلانات.
يطلب التطبيق من خدمة التعرف على الكلام تفضيل المعالجة دون اتصال بالإنترنت عند توفرها، ولكن هذا التفضيل ليس ضمانًا بأن المعالجة ستتم محليًا في جميع الأجهزة أو إصدارات Android. عندما لا تتوفر المعالجة المحلية أو عندما تستخدم خدمة التعرف مسارًا يعتمد على الشبكة، قد تتم معالجة الصوت بواسطة خدمة التعرف على الكلام التي يوفرها نظام الجهاز أو مزود الخدمة، وقد تنتقل البيانات الصوتية خارج الجهاز وفقًا لطريقة عمل تلك الخدمة.
لا يتحكم التطبيق في سياسات الاحتفاظ أو المعالجة الداخلية لخدمة التعرف التابعة لنظام التشغيل أو مزود الخدمة.
بعد انتهاء جلسة التعرف، يتم إنهاء جلسة التعرف داخل التطبيق، ولا يحتفظ التطبيق بملف صوتي أو بسجل دائم للصوت.
يستخدم التطبيق Google AdMob لعرض الإعلانات، بما في ذلك الإعلانات الثابتة وبعض أنواع الإعلانات التفاعلية المستخدمة في مواضع محددة داخل التطبيق.
تم إعداد التطبيق لمعالجة المستخدمين كأطفال باستخدام:

ولا يستخدم التطبيق الإعلانات المخصصة للأطفال أو الاستهداف القائم على الاهتمامات من خلال إعداداته الخاصة بالإعلانات الموجّهة للأطفال.
تمت إزالة طلب إذن Advertising ID (AD_ID) من التطبيق النهائي.
قد تعالج خدمة AdMob بعض المعلومات التقنية اللازمة لعرض الإعلانات وقياس أدائها، مثل معلومات مرتبطة بالجهاز أو التطبيق أو الشبكة والتفاعلات مع الإعلانات، وفقًا لسياسات Google وخدمة AdMob الحالية. لا يتحكم التطبيق في جميع تفاصيل البيانات التي تعالجها خدمة AdMob خارج التطبيق.

يخزن التطبيق بعض بيانات الاستخدام والتقدم التعليمي محليًا على الجهاز.
قد تتضمن:
الكلمات التعليمية.
الكلمات المفضلة.
الكلمات التي تم تعلمها.
الكلمات المخصصة التي يضيفها المستخدم.
الجمل المرتبطة بالكلمات المخصصة.
يستخدم التطبيق أيضًا تخزينًا محليًا للإعدادات والتقدم، مثل:
عدد مرات التكرار.
إعدادات الصوت.
ترتيب بعض البيانات.
وقت التعلم.
نتائج الاختبارات والعدادات.
النجوم والتقدم.
تقدم لعبة المطابقة.
بعض بيانات الربط بين الكلمات.
هذه البيانات ليست مرتبطة بحساب مستخدم داخل التطبيق، ولا يوفر التطبيق نظام تسجيل دخول أو حسابات شخصية.
يتيح التطبيق إنشاء كلمات مخصصة وإدخال كلمات وجمل باللغة العربية أو الإنجليزية.
هذا المحتوى يُخزن محليًا في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق.
لأن الحقول المخصصة هي نصوص حرة، فمن الممكن أن يكتب المستخدم داخلها معلومات شخصية مثل اسم شخص أو معلومات أخرى. لذلك ننصح أولياء الأمور بألا يتم إدخال أسماء كاملة أو معلومات شخصية حساسة أو أي معلومات لا حاجة لها في الكلمات والجمل المخصصة.
لا يوفر التطبيق ميزة عامة لنشر هذه الكلمات المخصصة إلى مستخدمين آخرين داخل التطبيق.
يسمح إعداد التطبيق الحالي بآليات Android Backup / Restore وفق إعدادات Android والجهاز وحالة النسخ الاحتياطي التي يحددها المستخدم والنظام.
لذلك قد تكون بعض بيانات التطبيق المحلية، مثل التقدم التعليمي أو الكلمات المخصصة أو الإعدادات المحلية، مشمولة في عمليات النسخ الاحتياطي أو الاستعادة التي يديرها Android عندما يكون النسخ الاحتياطي متاحًا ومفعّلًا على الجهاز.
لا يتحكم التطبيق في جميع سياسات النسخ الاحتياطي التي يفرضها نظام Android أو حساب المستخدم.
قد يتعامل التطبيق مع الخدمات الخارجية التالية أثناء استخدام بعض الميزات:
لتوفير الإعلانات وقياس أدائها.

تستخدم بعض شاشات التطبيق خدمات شبكة لعرض صور مرتبطة بقائمة التطبيقات الأخرى داخل التطبيق. يتم طلب الصور عند الحاجة لعرضها، ولا يرسل التطبيق من خلالها محتوى الكلمات المخصصة أو بيانات التعلم الخاصة بالطفل.
قد يفتح التطبيق صفحات Google Play أو روابط معلومات خارجية عندما يختار المستخدم ذلك.
لا يطلب التطبيق أذونات مباشرة للوصول إلى:
الموقع الجغرافي.
جهات الاتصال.
الكاميرا.
الرسائل النصية.
سجل المكالمات.
التقويم.
أرقام الهاتف.
ولا يوفر التطبيق نظام حسابات أو تسجيل دخول.
يستخدم التطبيق إذن الميكروفون فقط عند استخدام ميزة التعرف على النطق.

Primary 1 (Term 1) is an educational app designed for first-grade elementary students to learn English vocabulary in an interactive way.
Because the app is intended for young children, we place special importance on their privacy and safety. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may process, what is stored locally, and which external services may process information when certain features are used.
When the microphone feature is used to pronounce a word, the app uses the Android system's SpeechRecognizer service to convert spoken speech into text. The resulting text is then used to check the pronunciation.
The app itself does not record or save audio as a file and does not store audio recordings on the device. The app also does not store the recognition result in its database or use it for behavioral analysis or advertising personalization.
The app requests a preference for offline speech recognition when available, but this preference is not a guarantee that recognition will always occur entirely on the device. When on-device recognition is unavailable, or when the speech-recognition service uses a network-based path, the audio may be processed by the speech-recognition service provided by the device operating system or its service provider, and the audio may leave the device according to that service's implementation.
The app does not control the internal retention or processing practices of the operating system's speech-recognition service or its provider.
After the recognition session ends, the app releases the recognition session and does not retain a permanent audio recording or audio file.
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including banners and other advertising formats used in specific areas of the app.
The app is configured to treat users as children using:

The app does not use personalized advertising for children or interest-based advertising through its child-directed advertising configuration.
The Advertising ID (AD_ID) permission has been removed from the final application.
Google AdMob may process certain technical information needed to provide and measure advertising, such as information related to the device, application, network, and interactions with advertisements, according to Google's and AdMob's applicable policies. The app does not control all data-processing details performed by AdMob outside the application.

The app stores certain learning and usage information locally on the device.
This may include:
Learning words.
Favorite words.
Learned-word status.
Custom words created by the user.
Sentences associated with custom words.
The app also uses local storage for settings and learning progress, including:
Repeat counts.
Voice settings.
Certain sorting preferences.
Learning time.
Quiz counters and results.
Stars and progress.
Matching-game progress.
Some word-connection data.
This information is not associated with an in-app user account. The app does not provide a login or personal account system.
The app allows users to create custom words and enter Arabic or English words and sentences.
This content is stored locally in the application's database.
Because these fields are free-text fields, a user could enter personal information such as a person's name or other identifying information. Parents and guardians should therefore avoid entering full names or other sensitive personal information unless it is necessary.
The app does not provide a general in-app feature for publishing custom words to other users.
The current application configuration allows Android Backup / Restore mechanisms to operate according to Android, device, and user backup settings.
As a result, some locally stored application data, such as learning progress, custom words, or local settings, may be included in Android backup or restore operations when backup is available and enabled on the device.
The app does not control all backup policies imposed by Android or the user's device and account settings.
The app may interact with the following external services when certain features are used:
Used to provide advertisements and measure advertising performance.
Used to convert spoken words into text when the pronunciation feature is used. Depending on the device and available service, processing may occur on the device or through a network-based service.
Some screens use network services to display images associated with the app's "Other Apps" section. Images are requested when needed for display, and the app does not send custom-word content or the child's learning data through these image requests.
The app may open Google Play pages or other informational links when the user chooses to do so.
The app does not request direct permissions for:
Location.
Contacts.
Camera.
SMS messages.
Call history.
Calendar.
Phone numbers.
The app does not provide a user account or login system.
The app requests microphone access only when the speech-recognition feature is used.

Because the app does not provide user accounts and does not maintain a central database of children's accounts, information stored by the app is primarily local to the device. Such data can generally be removed using the deletion functions available in the app or through Android device settings, such as clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

We use reasonable practices to help protect data stored within the application.
The app does not operate a central user-account system or a private server for storing user files. However, when external services such as AdMob, speech recognition, or Android backup are used, information processed by those services is subject to their own privacy and security practices in addition to the device and operating-system settings.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the application, services used, or applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
When a material update is made, the updated version will be published on this same page and the Last updated date at the top of this document will be changed.
