Welcome to MonkeWorld, a virtual reality game developed by Prim8z Studio. By accessing or playing MonkeWorld, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the game.

1. Eligibility

You may use MonkeWorld only if you meet the applicable age requirements and terms of the platform through which you access the game. If you are not legally permitted to agree to these terms, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Acceptable Use

When playing MonkeWorld, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or target other players.

3. Accounts and Player Data

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and complying with the applicable platform rules. You must not misuse another person's account or attempt to access data or features without authorization.

Prim8z Studio may investigate reports and take appropriate action when necessary to protect players and the game community.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

If a player violates these Terms, abuses other players, cheats, or threatens the safety or integrity of the game, Prim8z Studio may take action, including warnings, removal from a session, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.

The action taken will depend on the circumstances and applicable requirements. Attempts to evade moderation may result in further restrictions.

6. Virtual Items and Currency

MonkeWorld may offer virtual items, cosmetics, or in-game currency.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, virtual items and currency have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are not personal property. They may be changed, removed, or discontinued as the game develops, subject to applicable law and any applicable platform purchase rules.

Any purchases must comply with the applicable platform's terms and refund policies.

7. Updates and Availability

MonkeWorld may be updated, changed, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued. Features may be added, modified, or removed as development continues.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will always work without errors.

8. Intellectual Property

MonkeWorld and its original game content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Prim8z Studio, except for third-party content and trademarks belonging to their respective owners.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially use protected game content without permission, except where allowed by law or an applicable license.

9. Third-Party Services

MonkeWorld may rely on third-party services and platforms, including Meta Horizon and other services used to provide multiplayer or account features. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and policies.

Prim8z Studio is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MonkeWorld is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as MonkeWorld develops. Updated Terms will be published at the same URL with a revised date. Continued use of the game after changes take effect indicates acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
