City of Glendora COVID-19 Related Small Business Rescue Grant Program

The City of Glendora COVID-19 Grant Program is paused.

The program has reached the cap on available funding at this time, and applications received will be placed on a waiting list. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis as funding is available.

The City of Glendora has created a Small Business Rescue Grant Program, which will provide funding to small businesses needing financial assistance in overcoming the temporary loss of revenue due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Glendora business grants $5,000 – $25,000 for for-profit and non-profit businesses with 1-25 employees.

A partial list of eligible expenses is as follows:

  • Rent or Mortgage Expenses

  • Utility Bills

  • Payroll Costs

  • Hiring Bonus

  • Façade Improvements

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Expenses to enhance outdoor operations

  • Updates to Employee Handbook

Documentation Requirements

Applications will need to include the following documents:

  • Completed Application Below

  • Spending Plan

  • Current City of Glendora Business License.

  • The most recent monthly bank statement.

  • W-9; and

One of the Following documenting a revenue loss when comparing 2019 income to COVID-19 impacted income:

  • 2019 Federal Tax Return and 2020 Federal Tax Return

  • Bank statements from one full quarter in 2019 as compared to the same quarter in 2020 or 2021. The average monthly deposits from 2020 or 2021 and the average ending balance should be lower than the averages from 2019.
