DIRECT COSTS

9,000 pesos to 25,000 pesos per square meter.
This average can go higher depending on a lot more factors such as
the class of the building and the external site factors.
25% - 45% LABOR COST
The average construction ratio cost of manpower to materials in the Philippines
could range from 25% - 45%
This ratio depends on a lot more factors which will be evaluated by the architect.
*Due to the Pandemic caused by covid, the Labor cost may rise over 50%*
INDIRECT COSTS
OVERHEAD COSTS
These are added costs to keep the business running.
The cost is based on the time it takes to finish the given project and the amount of resources that would be spent for the given project.
CONTINGENCIES COSTS
These are the costs added to the contract that come from costs caused by unforeseen events, acts of God, and the like.
These costs usually come in a form of delays and unwanted wastage.
The Percentage Contingency Cost shall be evaluated per project. 
MISCELLANEOUS COSTS
These are the operational expenses of the business that aren't directly added to the calculation in the contract.
This miscellaneous cost is usually a lump sum and not listed in detail.
Overhead, Contingencies, and Miscellaneous costs may range from 6% to 12%,
depending on the total estimated direct cost.
PROFESSIONAL FEES
6% - 15% PROFESSIONAL FEE
Depending on the project type and scope of works the Architect and Engineers do,
The professional fee may range from 6% to 15% minimum basic fee.
1% - 15% SPECIALIZED PROFESSIONAL FEE
Every good designer and constructor charges an additional professional fee
for a special type of service added to the contract. 
This fee shall cover all the costs of the hired people, printed plans,
travel expenses, invested time and others.
8% - 10% CONTRACTOR FEE
Depending on the total estimated direct cost of the project,
The contractor fee may range from 8% to 10%
P200 PER HOUR CONSULTATION
The usual minimum Consultation charge of a professional Architect is 200 pesos.
The minimum for Arbitration advice is 500 pesos.
