We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on external servers.

Specifically, the App does not collect:

• Audio recordings or transcripts

• Advertising data or unique device identifiers

We do not use tracking technologies such as cookies, analytics SDKs, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting tools.

2. Audio Recording & Microphone Access

The App requires access to your device’s microphone to provide core functionality.

• Microphone access is granted by you and can be revoked at any time.

• All audio is processed locally on your device.

• Audio recordings are never uploaded, transmitted, or sent to us or any third party.

• You control, manage, delete, and export your own audio files.

We do not have access to any recordings created within the App.

3. Local Storage

Recordings and settings are stored locally on your device.

We do not store or back up your recordings on any external server.

If you delete the App, all locally stored data associated with the App may be removed from your

device.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use:

• Third-party analytics

• Third-party advertising networks

• Cloud services

• External APIs that receive user data

• Social media integrations

No data is shared with any third party.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not targeted toward children under 13 years of age.

We do not collect personal data from any users, including children.

Because the App does not transmit or store your data externally, your recordings remain under your full control on your device.

We encourage standard device-level protections, such as passcodes or biometric locks.

You have full control over your data:

• Microphone Access: You may enable or disable microphone permissions at any time through your device settings.

• Recordings: You may delete any recording stored within the App.

• Uninstalling: Removing the App will remove locally stored data, depending on your device’s system settings.

Continued use of the App after changes are published signifies your acceptance of the updated policy.
