ALFATER LLC organization has developed the Prestige Suite Watch Face app as a free service. The app does not collect, store, or share any personal user data.
Wireless Connectivity and System Location Requirements
To provide full functionality for connecting to external hardware via Bluetooth (such as smart locks or wearable devices), our application interacts with specific Android system permissions.
Approximate Location Disclosure: Under current Android OS architecture, scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices requires access to approximate (non-precise) location data. This is a technical requirement imposed by the operating system to facilitate device discovery and is not used to determine your actual geographical position.
Data Minimization & Privacy: We do not collect, store, or monitor your GPS coordinates, physical movements, or location history. Any access to approximate location data is ephemeral and occurs only during the active Bluetooth handshake process.
Security & Protection: All technical identifiers processed during wireless synchronization are protected by industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) to prevent unauthorized access.
Data Retention: Technical logs related to device connectivity and approximate location data are temporary and are automatically deleted from our secure servers after 90 days of inactivity.

We encourage users to review this policy regularly, as continued use of the app implies acceptance of any modifications.
