By using Stressly, you agree to the following terms:
Stressly is a wellness application designed to help users monitor and manage stress through Apple Watch data and AI insights. The app is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
No account registration is required. Stressly is intended for users 16 years and older with an iPhone (iOS 17+) and Apple Watch Series 6 or later.
Stressly offers optional premium features via a VIP subscription:
● Unlimited HRV scans
● Full history access
● Advanced trends and insights
● Data export (CSV, PDF)
● Personalized coaching content
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID settings.
You agree not to:
● Use Stressly for unlawful or harmful purposes
● Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
● Share inaccurate or misleading health data
Stressly is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Always consult a qualified physician regarding medical conditions. We make no guarantees about health outcomes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Stressly if you violate these Terms.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Stressly.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stressly constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
