Stressly collects health-related data through Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch, including:
● Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
● Heart Rate
● Skin Temperature
● Sleep and Activity Data
● Self-reported Mood Logs
● Device Information (e.g., iOS version, device model)
All data is processed locally on your device. Stressly does not upload raw data to the cloud. We use your information to:
● Calculate your personalized Stress Index (0–100 scale)
● Visualize stress trends and health insights
● Deliver smart reminders and interventions
● Generate optional downloadable reports (CSV, PDF)
● Enable personalized recommendations based on AI analysis
● All data is securely stored on your device using encryption
● We use end-to-end encryption during local sync between Apple Watch and iPhone
● We never sell or share your data with third parties
● Users can delete all stored data at any time
Stressly requests the following permissions:
● Apple HealthKit access (mandatory)
● Apple Watch data access (mandatory)
● Location access (optional, for sunlight duration tracking)
● Microphone access (optional, for mood voice logs)
You can revoke permissions at any time via the iOS Settings app.
Stressly is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Depending on your region, you have the right to:
● Access and export your data
● Delete all app-stored data
● Withdraw consent at any time
● File a complaint with your data protection authority
