Goal of Lesson: Create binoculars out of toilet paper rolls
Learning Skills: Learn basics on how to use binoculars
Materials: toilet paper rolls, glue/tape, string
1. Take two toilet paper rolls and glue/tape them together.
2. Hole punch two holes at the end of each toilet paper roll and tie string to each side; so that the students can wear the binoculars around their necks.
*Optional have students color and design their binoculars
3. Have students use binoculars to look for objects; give a list of things to find. Have them look at the objects from far away and close up.
