Learning Skills: learning to work with what you are given
Materials: tools (play hammers/screwdrivers/fake nails etc), recyclables (cardboard, toilet paper rolls, etc), other craft items (popsickle sticks/markers, glue, etc)
Pre-step
1. Teachers lay out building supplies and tools on a table. You can do this activity multiple times, changing out the supplies for new ones every time.
1. Have students come to the table and see what they can build with the supplies given. They can build things like towers or buildings. Or they can build imaginary tools.
