Terms and Conditions

1. Overview:

1.1 By participating in the PreQR Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility:

2.1 Ambassadors must be at least 18 years of age.

2.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

3. Ambassador Responsibilities:

3.1 Ambassadors are responsible for promoting PreQR to potential restaurant partners.

3.2 The quality of performance is at the sole discretion of PreQR. Ambassadors must adhere to ethical business practices.

4. Earning Commissions:

4.1 Ambassadors earn a 10% commission whenever a Partnering restaurant referred by the user makes a purchase of PreQR Credits inside the app.

4.2 Commissions are paid monthly subject to a minimum payment of 10 USD (worldwide) or 1000 INR (for India). If an ambassador fails to reach the minimum payment threshold, the amount collected by the ambassador will be transferred to the earnings of the next month. The following scenerio describe this -

4.3 Commission rates are subject to change at the discretion of PreQR.

5. Payments:

5.1 Payments will be made through the Ambassador's preferred payment method.

5.2 PreQR reserves the right to withhold commissions if there is suspicion of fraudulent activities.

6. Program Modifications:

6.1 PreQR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ambassador Program at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Changes to commission rates, terms, or program structure are solely at the discretion of PreQR.

7. Confidentiality:

7.1 Ambassadors may have access to confidential information about PreQR. This information must not be disclosed to third parties.

7.2 Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination from the Ambassador Program.

8. Dispute Resolution:

8.1 In case of disputes, PreQR's decision will be final.

8.2 Ambassadors agree not to engage in any public or private defamation of PreQR.

9. Independent Contractor Status:

9.1 Ambassadors are independent contractors and not employees or agents of PreQR.

9.2 Ambassadors are solely responsible for their own taxes and liabilities.

10. Program Termination:

10.1 PreQR reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador's participation in the program for any reason.

10.2 Termination may result from a violation of these Terms and Conditions or poor performance, as determined by PreQR.

11. Governing Law:

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian jurisdiction.

12. Acceptance of Terms:

12.1 By participating in the PreQR Ambassador Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Ambassador and PreQR and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal. PreQR reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Ambassadors are encouraged to regularly review the document for changes.
