These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PrepMeTalk AI, including the mobile application, AI speaking practice features, subscriptions, and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using PrepMeTalk AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PrepMeTalk AI provides AI-powered English speaking practice, IELTS speaking practice, mock interview practice, pronunciation support, conversation simulations, and learning feedback. The app is an educational and practice tool. It does not guarantee exam scores, job offers, interview outcomes, or professional language certification.
You may use PrepMeTalk AI only if you can legally agree to these Terms and are allowed to use the app under applicable law. Children under 13, or under the minimum age required in their country, may use the app only with direct permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, teacher, or other authorized adult.
You may provide spoken responses, transcripts, profile preferences, practice goals, resumes, job descriptions, interview context, and other content while using the app. Your profile, practice history, scores, and feedback results are stored on your device. Resume files and resume text are not permanently stored by the app or on our own servers. Spoken input, transcripts, resume context, job descriptions, and AI messages may be processed temporarily by AI service providers only as needed to provide AI conversations, mock interviews, and feedback. You remain responsible for the content you provide. You grant PrepMeTalk AI a limited permission to process your content only as needed to operate the app, provide AI conversations, generate feedback, maintain subscriptions, provide support, and improve reliability and safety.
You agree not to use PrepMeTalk AI to create, upload, transmit, request, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative of children, defamatory, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates another person's rights. Do not upload resumes, job descriptions, or other documents unless you have the right to use them and share them for AI processing. You also agree not to misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with security, introduce malware, reverse engineer the app, scrape the service, or use the app to build a competing product.
AI responses and speaking feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should use your own judgment and, where needed, seek guidance from a qualified teacher, coach, professional adviser, or official test provider. You are responsible for decisions you make based on app output.
PrepMeTalk AI may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Prices, trial availability, renewal terms, and billing periods are shown before purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the App Store, Google Play, or the billing provider before the renewal deadline. Payment processing, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the applicable store or payment provider under their terms.
Your use of PrepMeTalk AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy requests.
You can delete locally stored profile settings, practice progress, completed-session history, scores, and feedback results from the Profile section of the app, by clearing app data, or by uninstalling the app. App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and other service providers may retain subscription, diagnostic, support, or temporary processing records according to their own policies and legal obligations.
PrepMeTalk AI, including its app design, software, branding, learning flows, tutor characters, and service content, is owned by the app developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the app under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
PrepMeTalk AI may rely on third-party services such as app stores, subscription platforms, cloud infrastructure, AI processing providers, and analytics or diagnostic tools. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may add, remove, suspend, limit, or change features at any time. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate access to PrepMeTalk AI if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the service, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription through the applicable store.
PrepMeTalk AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepMeTalk AI and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or service interruptions arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of PrepMeTalk AI after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
