NEO SilentNote Membership Agreement

Welcome to use the NEO SilentNote Membership Service!

To use the NEO SilentNote Membership Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), please carefully read, understand, and comply with this Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). This Agreement includes the “Premium Benefits Guide”, “Auto-Renewable Subscription Agreement”, and other related terms.

By choosing to use the NEO SilentNote Membership Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement. By clicking agree, accept, continue, entering the purchase process, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have entered into this Agreement with NEO SilentNote and voluntarily agree to comply with all terms herein.

Please review the relevant terms before confirming your agreement or using the Service, and use the Service only after accepting these terms voluntarily.

If you are under 18 years old, you should read and confirm this Agreement under the guidance and supervision of your legal guardian.

1. Premium Membership

NEO SilentNote Premium provides access to enhanced recording, transcription, and AI-powered note-taking features, including:

• Extended audio recording limits

• Extended meeting recording limits

• Real-time transcription

• AI-generated meeting summaries

• Ad-free experience

These premium features are only available to active Premium subscribers.

2. Feature Details

Record Audio

Free users:

• Up to 15 minutes total recording time

• No real-time transcription

Premium users:

• Up to 300 minutes total recording time

• Up to 120 minutes per recording session

• Real-time transcription available

Meeting Recording

Free users:

• Up to 15 minutes total meeting recording time

• No real-time transcription

• No AI-generated summaries

Premium users:

• Up to 1,200 minutes total meeting recording time

• Real-time transcription

• AI-generated meeting summaries

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

NEO SilentNote Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription service.

Available subscription plans:

Weekly Subscription

Price: $19.99 per week

Eligible first-time subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial.

After the free trial ends, the subscription will automatically renew at $19.99 per week unless canceled.

Yearly Subscription

Price: $99.99 per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation of purchase.

Subscription prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary depending on your region.

All payments are securely processed through the Apple App Store.

4. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Renewal charges will be billed to your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

After cancellation, you can continue using Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Refunds

All refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store refund policies.

NEO SilentNote does not directly process refund requests.

To request a refund:

1. Visit Apple’s official refund request page;

2. Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase;

3. Find the NEO SilentNote Premium subscription order;

4. Submit your refund request according to Apple’s instructions.

Refund approval and refund amounts are determined by Apple based on its refund policies.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your NEO SilentNote Premium auto-renewable subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone;

2. Tap your Apple ID (your name) at the top;

3. Tap Subscriptions;

4. Select NEO SilentNote;

5. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions to complete the cancellation.

After cancellation, you can continue using Premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

7. Use of Premium Services

Premium features are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Share your subscription with others;

• Copy, redistribute, or resell Premium content;

• Reverse engineer, modify, or misuse the App.

8. Changes to Subscription or Pricing

We may update Premium features, usage limits, or subscription pricing from time to time.

Significant changes will be communicated where required by applicable laws.

Continued use of the subscription after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Privacy

Your use of NEO SilentNote is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Premium features if:

• You violate this Agreement;

• You misuse the App or attempt to abuse subscription benefits.
