Voxo Note: AI Note Taker Membership Agreement

Welcome to use the membership service of Voxo Note: AI Note Taker!

In order to use the Voxo Note: AI Note Taker Membership Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service), please read, understand and comply with the Membership Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) carefully. This Agreement includes the "Member Benefits Manual" and "Subscription Automatic Renewal Agreement" and other contents.

If you choose the Voxo Note: AI Note Taker Member Service, you can indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to sign this Agreement by accepting this service (including but not limited to clicking agree, accept or next step, enter the purchase procedure, etc.), indicating that you have reached an agreement with Voxo Note: AI Note Taker, and voluntarily accept and abide by all the provisions of this Agreement.

Please be sure to read the relevant terms again before you confirm your agreement or use the Service, and use the Service on the premise that you voluntarily accept the terms.

If you are under 18 years of age, you should read and confirm the terms of this Agreement with the guidance and accompaniment of your legal guardian.

1. Premium Membership

Voxo Note Premium provides access to enhanced recording, transcription, and AI-powered note-taking features, including:

• Extended audio recording limits

• Extended meeting recording limits

• Real-time transcription

• AI-generated summaries for meetings

• Ad-free experience

These features are only available to active Premium subscribers.

2. Feature Details

Record Audio

• Free users: up to 15 minutes total recording time, no real-time transcription

• Premium users: up to 300 minutes total recording time, up to 120 minutes per session, with real-time transcription

Meeting Recording

• Free users: up to 15 minutes total meeting recording time, no real-time transcription, no AI summaries

• Premium users: up to 1,200 minutes total meeting recording time, real-time transcription, and AI-generated summaries

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

Premium Membership is offered as auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly depending on availability in the App Store).

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase

• Prices are displayed in local currency and may vary by region

• All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store

4. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Renewal charges will be billed to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings

• Cancellation will take effect after the current subscription period ends

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies.

• Voxo Note does not directly issue refunds

• All refund requests must be submitted through Apple

6. Use of Premium Services

Premium features are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Share your subscription with others

• Copy, redistribute, or resell Premium content

• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the App

7. Changes to Subscription or Pricing

We may update Premium features, limits, or pricing from time to time.

• Significant changes will be communicated where required

• Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes

8. Privacy

Your use of Voxo Note is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Premium features if:

• You violate this Agreement

• You misuse the App or attempt to abuse subscription benefits
