Contact us if:
You have a question about an app.
You made an in-app purchase but it wasn’t delivered or isn’t working as you expected.
You want a refund and it’s been more than 48 hours since you made the purchase. We can help with purchase issues and can process refunds pursuant to its policies and applicable laws.
We will refund as above problems. Or you can check Google Play Policy about Refund.
Send an Email to us, and please provide the following:
The Order ID from your purchase (this can be found in the email receipt from Google Play or your Google Play account under "Order History").
A brief description of the issue you encountered that led to this refund request.
Are there any screenshots or additional information that could help understand the issue.
Once we have the necessary information, we will review your refund request promptly and get back to you with an update.
We aim to ensure a satisfactory resolution to any concerns you may have, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing the required details to expedite the process. 2. ASK Google Play
Check Google Play's refund policy:
It's essential to familiarize yourself with Google Play's refund policy to understand the circumstances in which you can request a refund.
Find your order number:
Before requesting a refund, you must find the order number for the item you want to return. You can find this in the email receipt sent to you by Google Play or your Google Play account under "Order History."
Request a refund on the Google Play website:
Go to the Google Play Refund page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to request a refund.
Contact Google Play Support:
If the above steps don't work or you have trouble getting a refund, you may need to contact Google Play Support directly for further assistance.
Wait for Processing:
Once you've submitted your refund request, processing it may take time. Keep an eye on your email for updates regarding your request.
Check your bank account:
After your refund has been approved and processed, check your bank account to ensure the funds have been returned.
· CANCELLATION
You have the option to cancel your premium membership by the following methods:
If you've subscribed via Google Play, you can cancel your membership through Google Play's subscription page.
Alternatively, you can send us a cancellation request via email at [support@allinai.global].
You can cancel by clicking Setting and clicking Payment & subscription within app
Upon receiving your cancellation request, your premium membership will remain active until the end of your current Premium Membership Term. Once this term expires, your membership will be deactivated. Should you have registered and paid for any upcoming event or activity at the Premium Member rate, your registration will be updated to a "non-Premium Member" status. Subsequently, the price difference will be collected to confirm your participation in the said event or activity.

Upon receiving your refund request, we will notify you the result with 3 work days.
